I gave three stars only because I was asked to leave a great review an was handed a paper by the manager, she told me its how they get raise’s. Although the staff was polite, my order was not right, my wife noticed the mistake. How can you ask for a GREAT review an not listen to the customer. To busy asking for great reviews not busy enough listening is how you get bad reviews.
One star for the employees consistently locking the door 10 minutes early.
I'm giving you 4 stars because your chicken salad should be white meat only and maybe change up the recipe a bit.
Your chick could be Massachusetts location on memorial drive excellent and outstanding customer service store cleanliness and pricing was decent keep up the outstanding work. Had discussion with general manager who is phenomenal.

Usually when I visit a Deangelo I’m just expecting a regular experience and a decent sandwich. However, this location is the best! I don’t live in the area and swung by last night (around 7 or so) for a quick dinner because I wasn’t familiar with the area. The girls behind the counter were so outgoing and helpful, and I felt like they took pride in their work. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was *chefs kiss*. I’ll be sure to make another stop next time I’m in the area! I only got two of the staff names, Becca and Mari, but anyone else involved should receive recognition for their work
I was in last night about 7 pm. The 2 ladies that were working were friendly and the service was great. I had gotten a steak and cheese and everything was done perfectly.
The Chicopee D'Angelo's Franchise has been bought out by corporate. The entire team was replaced. Prices are way too high to be bring any value to thier product. Rude customer service seems to be the new trend here. Customers be warned, rude service and high prices are to be found here.My orfer was one large steak and cheese. It was $13.64 for one sub. No chips, no drink just rude service and no smiles.
