Very busy always!That means it's a great place!Satisfying breakfast.Our go to on a day off.
The staff is always friendly, accommodating and efficient. Always ready to top off your coffee without asking. Portion sizes are more than adequate. Have been there a few times and the home fries tend to be overcooked but still tasty. If you get there around 8 am there is no problem with seating. On Sundays, get there early. It,s packed by 9 am and the wait can be more than 20-25 minutes .
Been coming here since I was little. Love that they expanded as they get very busy and also love the food, the staff is super friendly and is a great restaurant for families. Would recommend getting the breakfast. Coffee is amazing.

Breakfast was delicious! Coffee hit the spot and mimosas for $6?! Can't beat that! Staff was friendly and will be coming back 4 sure
I went there alone and was sat at a table, the tables around me were empty but filling up. Two of the tables near me were seated about 10 minutes after me with 2 and 4 people. I ordered breakfast and all the other tables around me got their food way before mine. The best part about copperline is getting scratch tickets while waiting for your food but apparently they were remodeling and there was no store out front. The waitress came back 3 times saying my food would be right out and then came a 4th time to say they lost my ticket for the order. I am usually an exceptionally good tipper to waitstaff and I left a 75 cent tip instead of a 5 dollar bill for my 13 dollar order. And the waitress really curt said to me "I hope you don't slip on the ice" being a new englander for 43 years I know what January is like outside. 1st bad time there.
Stopped here for breakfast and thought it was very good. The service was good the food was very good and prepared the way I asked and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and inviting and with plenty of parking. I'll be going back soon.12/15/21 ... I'm a regular here now, once or twice a week ?
Usually not a ham person for breakfast but a local customer recommended it so we tried it out and it was pretty tasty!! The handmade cranberry bread was really good too. Reasonable price and great service!
