There Is a clear priority to filling online orders and customers waiting to order in the store are basically ignored. When I arrived there was a large group at the head of the line, so I assumed the line was not moving because they had a large and complicated order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, i noticed that the staff were not helping the group and were just filling online orders. I should have just left at that point, but I was in the middle or a long trip and was hoping for a quick meal (which is usually the case for chipotle). In the future, ill go somewhere else.
THE EMPLOYEES CLEARLY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!! Imagine being hungry and ordering food and it comes ICE COLD,sloppily made & with a practically EMPTY bowl. Even in person they are stingy with the food but this was RIDICULOUS! Basically no rice or beans or meat or toppings. Do better.
Always a nice experience here when I pick up but when I order online there is always something missing like all the sides or drink.Just pick up your own food lol
I think I was given more than I should have gotten. I got bowl and I made 2 burritos and still had left overs. They were as full as it could be. Tastes amazing.
Good overall experience, I have been in other locations in NY, and I am not disappointedI am giving you 4 stars instead of 5 because shrimp is not on the manue, I understand it went up in price (everything is) but live it on and charge accordingly
My baby took me for mothers day didnt want crowded place but something good. I enjoyed it very nice service and plate was filling was ? great couldn't finish it.
Not sure if they ran out of ingredients, but I ordered online. Guess everything is on a shortage now .
The food is good and the staff are nice. My only issue is that I've ordered for pickup multiple times and they have gotten my order wrong everytime.
Worst chipotle ever!!!! DONT COME HERE MY ONLINE ORDER WAS 20 minutes late waited inside for it? They kept saying it’s coming out , and when it was done my burrito looked like some ones throw up, I would give 0 stars if it was an option
If you haven't been to a Chipotle restaurant yet then you probably live out of the country or under a rock. Chipotle is probably one of the best go-to "fast food mexican style" chains. If you want to stuff your face full of burrito goodness, this is the place. Don't forget the hot sauce.
