Literally ordered 3 things sat in like for over 20 mins for them to tell me to pull up to the door and the dome out to ask me what I ordered. Absolute trash place should close down and find actually people who have common sense. Absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable . Will not be going back.
Slowest service here. The man running the register is doing everything but running the register. Takes only one order and then runs off to do other things.

Went to get order at 11:35pm give me the bs that it was closed when clearly it says is open till midnight to then Say they where short staff when clearly there was multiple cars parked out side … when a crossed the street to KFC 10 minute left for them to closed and they actually put together a 12 pcs meal and blessed me with two extra sides due to not having Bisquits available , if KFC can do all that BK should have no problem making 2 whopper meals , straight laziness who ever said sorry it won’t cut it …
I love eating here. The Whopper is a really good Sandwich. The Service here was very fast. I'd certainly back to this place again.
at about 8:45 on a weeknight, store looked closed, but drive thru looked open. Not sure what was going on ( maybe they were doing "apps only". A few people ahead of me didn't seem able to get their orders in. Neither could I. Pulled around, and they told me they were closed.I mentioned their drive thru was all lit up, and people were trying to order.The reply I got?" Oh, they'll figure it out"Like wasting people's time? Won't give you a second chance.
Just ate less than half of a burger and I threw it up immediately ! Not good. Employees were fooling around in the back and tossing things to each other. Not a good place at all. I'd rather make the drive to Holyoke BK.
Waited 10 mnts manager comes locks the door and tells us drive through only.. I said why didn't she say so earlier and was told be glad she was saving my day..horrible..plenty of people working but no service... ill take my business to McDonald's or Taco Bell... never again
