This place ALWAYS runs late, there can be only two people inside and my order will still be at least 30 minutes to an hour later after it is supposed to be ready. I ordered online from a friend's house. I figured by the time I got in my car stopped to get gas and pick up one or two things and drive the 30 minutes away, my meal would be ready... I was WRONG! Get there my order is not ready. It would only be 10 minutes more. Mind you while I was waiting for my order I watch a couple come in be seated and both served teriyaki wings. Eat there food, pay for there food, and leave before any employee says anything to me... 45 minutes later. And what do they say... They can't finish my order because they are out of teriyaki sauce.... Leaves and no one says anything to me for another 30 minutes.20 minutes later... When I ask for a manager and my money back they do I can make other arrangements they declined. That the wings were already made. And they won't at least give me a discount for my inconvenience. Or for the fact that the food I paid for was not what I ordered. Or at least toss in a free treat. Something! Will not be going back.
Ever going to watch a game, Buffalo wild wings is the place to go. The multiple views that you can see of whatever game you're watching plus the atmosphere being with friends the wings it's just all around good place to go.
This is what happens when you turn BW3s into a chain. Sever couldn't have cared less about us. But that isn't on her it is on management who double sat her. When first beer arrived it was clear it had been sitting for a while because there was 1 inch of missing head. Could she have asked the bartender to top it off at least? Greasy carpet led to my feet sliding around when I had to use the urinal.I understand that this is not the fault of the server so as always I left a good tip of 25 on 66.
Asian heat traditional wings so good, think the Mt dew is just watered down pitch black flavor. Pretty dead around 5pm-6pm so the service really fast compared to other BWs I've been to. Onion rings are terrible (double dipped or something)

we decided on your place to watch the Kentucky Derby and not one bit of coverage....very disappointed!!! with all the tv's you gotta be kidding me and I asked the waitresses 3x....had to eat fast to rush home to watch it....will go to Tap at MGM next time!!!
The food was incredibly tasty and the service was phenomenal as well. First time trying wings and can say Im sold. I will be back very soon to enjoy some delicious wings. Also, plenty of parking which was nice.
First time there. It was alright. I got the lemon pepper sauce on the boneless. They weren't that great. I'm gonna give them another try maybe another sauce we'll be better.
Great service (table of five)! Five different appetizers [fried pickes - okay, mozzarella sticks, good, loaded tator tots - good, pretzel bites - good, cascades - okay], LIIT - very good, not a mix, three crispy chicken sandwiches and two different boneless wings. The mango habenero will sneak up on you. And again because it is worth saying, great service.
Ive been a few times and its been fine. Until tonight. April 28, 2022. I was there with some friends, and we ordered some wings. Our order was slightly messed up, but no big deal the waitress just told us to keep the extra wings.However, about 10 minutes later, she returned and told us she had to "get" extra wings. Literally, scoop them off my tray onto a tray to return back with.Now this is a tray we were eating off of.Its weird that these wings were such a big deal to collect, but I cannot help but imagine there is some shady sanitary ongoings here. Did someone else get this food? Did it go in a to go doordash order? Were my room temperature nuggets from someone else tray?TLDR: BWW collected food off a plate our table was eating off of to return the kitchen. I am disturbed thinking of the potential of what shady things happen with the food at the kitchen.
