Server was polite. Not his fault the food has gone downhill. Fries were overcooked and my bun was not fresh. Disappointed as for over 30 years I have been going to this place in Chicopee. Won't be going back.
Food is fine, love the fries. But this whole dining room closing at 7:30 every night is ridiculous. At 8:30 on a Saturday nightvi had to watch some poor guy on a motorcycle walk up to the window so he could get his food and pack it up for the drive. The lobby should be open later at least Friday and Saturday.
Roast beef sandwiches were good. Chicken sandwiches were terrible!Rock hard nuggets of a "chicken like substance" - for BOTH Chicken sandwiches. Terrible!Very disappointed because food is usually pretty good.
Classic roast beef sandwich was tasteless. Smoked brisket sandwich was extremely fatty. Not worth $20 for two sandwiches and a drink.

Thé food was horrible Nice employée but thé food had no taste thé roast beef looked like cheap lunch meat
If you're gonna have a guilty pleasure there is no better place. Every possible craving is covered. Just wish the cheddar melt would come back.
The main course was low-key!!!! The fish was fried too dark & hard!!!Too much breading on it. I'll NEVER go back there again!!!
Nice thick fish sandwich served piping hot with crinkle fries. Lengthy wait, would've received 5 if not for that. I know they have the meats, but roast beef is not for me. Would go back for the first sandwich. Very nice cashier.
