I had a light lunch. It was lighter than I expected. Meaning I ordered chicken quesadilles and it was only cheese.Even thought I was not satisfied with my I order i was extremely satisfied with our server. DALI WAS WONDERFUL.
We had the worst experience here, food was ok but the service was lacking don’t know what was up with our server she kept ignoring us! Lol even when we thanked her and we were being polite , do better.
It's what you would expect from a mass produced restaurant. Tastes like something from the frozen food section of the grocery store.
Typical Applebees. I should know better than to order a drink. They measure everything and my sangria was more juice than anything. Burgers are on point. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
The food was fantastic and our server, Morgan, was such a delight! I will definitely be back and hope she is our waitress, again. Nice atmosphere and the staff is just wonderful!
I ordered late at night my stake was dry. They closed so I couldn't call. I did have a problem with the gift cards I purchased in December the extra $10. Gift card I was not aware that they expire. When I perched them no one informed me. They said to use it like the gift cards. So I asked what can I do about it sience I want aware of the exspreation date. Some sarcastic lady said to read the back of the card with a teenager additude. I ask to speak with a mgr. Nothing was done about anything. So instead of me getting my bad side out. I walked out and never went back.
Location is good, food was ok chain restaurant so some days better than others. Our waitress jazz was amazing woman very intenitive to our needs very caring she made our experience worth going this time. Thanks to her my kids had a great time. Her tip she received explains it all

Since neither of us can drive anymore, I have to have delivery. My blood pressure went sky high trying to get my order completed on line!!! It wouldn't go through because supposedly the address was wrong!!! It was as right as could be and no matter how I tried to change it, it wouldn't accept it!!! I gave up and ordered from Ninety Nine with no problem at all!! Someone needs to fix the systerm or you will be losing a lot of business!!
Ordered takeout and nothing was right about it. Got it home and it was cold.Only good thing was how the manager addressed the situation. Very apologetic and quick to compensate our loss. Kuddos to management.
