To start, our Server Joy was great. The hosting staff could have definitely paid more attention to our request for a party of 5 adults and a baby in a carrier before they tried to seat us at a 4 top table. Once we were seated Joy was attentive to us however the fried foods were below par. Two orders of fish and chips were overcooked and was mostly batter. The salmon and buffalo chicken Mac n cheese was yummy.
The service was good, the restroom was clean, the booth was clean. The fries and chicken were dark like the oil was dirty. It still tasted fine. Very small portion of fries. Overall I would eat here again.
Went to 99 today (Friday 4/29/22). This is usually our familes go to place. Never have I had an issue before until today. Since there were so many wrongs in this one visit....I will never return!!!! My gingerale had a very funny taste to it. I had ordered a side salad, the buffalo chicken, with fries. Most of the lettuce in my salad was brown, the red onions, and grape tomatoes were rotten. Next came the meal and it was just as disappointing! The buffalo chicken was stone cold, the fries were cold and soggy. To top it all off.....I had found a medium length, gray hair in my fries. My sister ordered the exact same meal as me. She had the very same issues. (Except for the hair in her food). Her meal came with celery sticks and mine did not. Their floors looked as if they haven't been cleaned. Popcorn and wrappers all scattered. We did not even waste our breath to complain , but we certainly wasted our money. That's ok because we will never spend another dollar here in the future!!! Zero stars. ?

Menu was enticing including items unique to New England. Family favorite is the Chicken Pot Pie with whole berry cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes. This recent visit was disappointing. Mashed potatoes completely cold while the pie entree was moderately hot with several bits of rib bone in meat. This had followed upgrade to crock of broccoli soup which was lukewarm and rather unappealing on a chilly day. Salad had a piece of hair in it which we overlooked but was unpleasant. The complimentary popcorn is a bonus but excessively salty. Sweet tea was very good. Overall much less tasty than in previous visits. Server was kind but seemed to have forgotten we had dessert included on a few of the meals until we asked.
I really enjoyed the burger and fries I had here. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Lunch portions were also generous.My only complaint was the dessert. The "Towering Midnight Fudge Cake" ended up being a small 4x2 piece of sheet cake with fixings. Definitely not worth the almost 7 dollar menu price
My girlfriend and I wanted some burgers, and for not much more than Burger King or McDonald's, we came here. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and the flavor was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive. We wanted a small dessert, and she told us about their mini dessert selection. Perfect size for the two of us, and it was only $2.50. Home run...
Good food at a reasonable price
Went here two times and had good food. Was staying in a hotel close to this restaurant and the food was good enough to come back again. I found it odd the happy hour specials was only for physically sitting at the bar.
