We have always loved waypoint for dinner. We have never been there for brunch. Soggy ceasar salad which we should have returned.
Great place for local seafood options. Unusual, but totally approachable and delicious combinations.
Waypoint is our favorite restaurant. Itâs amazing, just go and you will not be disappointed.

Food was cold. Main dishes were brought out an hour apart. Party of two. Starter brought out with the second main dish an hour after the first main dish. Food was cold. Service sporadic and frenzied.
I donât know what happened to this restaurant. It used to be very good. This time it was crazy bad. Awful service, nobody came to our table for over 20 min, then some dishes never came, the food that actually came took really long, was not what we ordered and it was bad. Staff was mostly indifferent all night. The only thing that came quick was the check. Only positive was that the manager apologized for the awful experience when we were leaving and didnât charge us for main courses and food that we didnât ask for. He asked us to give the restaurant a second chance. Sadly, that will not happen. Avoid this place.
6:45 Upon seating, we waited for more than 15 minutes for the wait staff to come and take our drink order. Eventually the bartender saw us waiting and asked, then sent someone over. Multiple items from the menu were not available to the point we had to change our entire dinner order for 4 people. The food spacing was so slow, by the time 9:00p rolled around, we asked for our check and declined the last entrees because after 2 hours we wanted to leave. Food was good, and they were woefully understaffed. The manager comped a bottle of wine, but in the end - overall the restaurantâs lack of staff, available menu, and communication on issues could have been managed better. We had to ask again and again for drinks, timing on the food, and clean plates.

Service was awesome. Not pretentious but very professional. These are people who understand that a tip is for great service - not just for showing up. The food was interesting and well prepared. Even the cocktails were a nice treat. Cut above. Recommend!
