Someone else gave a food poisoning review 5 months ago, and I’m writing to report that my cousin and I also had the same experience today. He got the sorbet and green tea and has been sick ever since. I got the dairy free coffee hazelnut and I’m 100% sure it was made with dairy because I’m experiencing bad lactose intolerant symptoms. The flavors are really good, but even if we didn’t experience contamination the ice cream was extremely sweet and texture for the green tea was crumbly and not creamy. Don’t go here if you want to take chances and ruin your day
Delicious but extremely sweet. Got a cone with two scoops, plenty cooling for a hot summer day.
Best gelato NAMust try their earl grey, strawberry, peanut butter and kulfi flavor!
I actually wasn't aware of the hype that this place had before coming here but I am just absolutely obsessed with B3. Before trying B3, I was a basic "only orders vanilla at ice cream places" person but B3 changed me. It is an extremely rich flavor that could easily overwhelm you if you ate too much too quickly. Something about the sugar-y ice cream with the fudgy brownies is oh so good. I always mean to try a new flavor when I come here, but I just love B3 so much that I only get that.
Delectable and hip, Toscanini’s lives up to its reputation. If forced to pick a favorite out of all their inspired ice cream flavors, it has to be Earl Grey for me, Cocoa Pudding for my better half.
Happy that the Main St location is back! I went here earlier this evening and tried the Passion Fruit Caramel which was absolutely delicious. Will be coming back soon!!! Perfect portion and thought the price was reasonable.
Choose Sundae, they put melted chocolate and cream on it!
Don’t leave Boston without stopping here! Very nice workers and ice cream tastes are perfect. Highly recommended…
Given a choice, I would normally go for a cookie before ice cream. That definitely wouldn't be true if we lived closer to Toscanini's. The B3 may be the best ice cream I've ever had. Super service, too...the owner and workers were very kind. Highly recommend!
We have loved their ice cream for many years and would give the ice cream 5 starts anytime. However, the last two times we went, my child and I both were sick to our stomaches. The last time we went was last night and we were the only customers there. We got some mango sorbet for my son (which we didn't eat), and he had food positioning right after. We don't know if it was the sorbet or the person handling the food that caused it. Either way, as a long term customer, I would strongly advice the management to make sure staff members keep good hygiene (wash or sanitize their hands) and wear gloves before handling the orders. It's a real pity for a legendary ice cream store to lose businesses due to something that can be totally avoided.
