The food is average and a bit pricey for what it is but at least the food is tasty. If you need a quick fast food type meal then this isn't horrible. The biggest complaint is on the customer service side and their charge of 75 cents a packet for additional hot sauce. In that hot sauce packets cost around 5 cents this appears a bit aggressive. That said if the service staff had only applied the extra sauce before sealing the meal as requested or had opened the top after it was pointed out that they did not apply the extra sauce the 75 cent charge would not have been discovered. This, in theory, is a service business. The staff should be so informed or perhaps management should review their policies.

I would recommend this place.Food is tasty.Meal size is large if you are taking regular platter.Easy to find a parking spot here.Staff is mostly nice and friendly. Hopefully this friendly customer experience continues, I have noticed few grumpy incidents recently. But overall, this is a good place to enjoy a tasty meal.

I literally DROOLED as a 32 year old woman after I took the first bite of chicken/beef platter. The food is out of this world on so many levels. Get there and get there fast if you haven’t tried these guys. It’s fantastic all around.

I’ve heard of this chain from NY and needed a quick lunch and this was the worst decision I made this week.I got a basic chicken gyro and it fell apart while I was eating it. The meat was pre-cut from the rotating Kebab. The basic gyro came with tomatoes and iceberg lettuce and sauce for something like $9.50, completely not worth the price. The hummus and other additions all cost more money. Way too much sauce was added by the guy and it tasted pretty horribly especially the spicy sauce. I ate it in my car in the Porter Sq parking lot and it fell apart on me multiple times. The spicy sauce was so vile I needed to eat some pepto bismol tabs I keep in my car for such emergencies so I wouldn’t upchuck the food. The pita bread was OK and the service was fast, but I’d prefer it slower if better like shaving the meat off the rotating kebabs perhaps like Garlic n Lemons in Allston does. I came mid afternoon so the fact that it was a ghost town wasn’t the best indicator. I’d prefer the Greek place outside Davis versus this small chain in the future. Live and learn though.

Quick, friendly service, good food made with fresh quality ingredients. Every meal I've had from there has always been enjoyable.

Order food here for delivery and they were amazing! I asked for extra white sauce and hot sauce on the side and they did not disappoint. Fast and reliable.

I must give credit for this store location. There is only one location in boston so having another one helps alot . Now this store is very organized , clean and the ambience is top notch . The staff are friendly and are very hospitable. I will recommend visiting this store for people in the somerville/medford area. My favourite is the chicken and beef gyro platter . I also get a side of hummus ?. Its located at white street . For easier location its in the shopping complex with star market .

The taste was good and the location is very convenient with free parking in the plaza. However, the quantity the employee give is not much. I prefer to go to Boston location because they give a lot of rice and meat. My wife had to go back to get more rice because half of it was filled with lettuce. And of course they charged extra $2 for rice again. It was ok experience for first time but I’ll still continue to go to Boston location.

There really nothing bad to say about the Halal Guys. If you know about this chain restaurant, then I don't need to tell you anything. If you don't know about this place, you need to go now. Make sure you get their famous white sauce.

Service and employees are good but whatever recipe they’ve been told to follow is definitely not the recipe the legit carts in NYC use. No seasoning or sear on the chicken, it honestly tastes like the practically boiled chicken they served at my public school. But the pita was good and fluffy tho.
