We had an amazing time here. Our waitress was very nice and she actually let us eat instead of asking if we needed something every two minutes . She was waiting quite a lot of tables but we never felt as if she didn't have the time for us. Our food came promptly and was really delicious! It's a great place! Like probably everybody we have been to many Cheesecake Factories over the US but this one is quite nice.Location was very good, connected to a nice mall and in front of our hotel and, as usual, it offers good value.It's a bit smaller than other locations but still fairly big and both food and service were excellent.Not sure if it's only me but I am under the impression that TCF is improving their offerings and everything we got was excellent.Definitely recommend.
Very nice here , connected to the mall , easy access, great food , great drinks, cakes are delicious, good vibes here thank you for your kindness, great for come with friends ~ Family- couples, birthdays , party ? holidays i can only said love the place and strong recommend anyone to go there because i have a great experience all the time i go to any Cheescake factory ?
Food is very good it took a little bit of time but it was very busy there tonight I waited was excellent and food tasted very good.. the buffalo chicken was surprisingly very good from the appetizer menu I got the Chipotle crispy chicken pasta and the stuffed mushrooms are very good as well not too much for me earthy taste stuff was very good of course the cheesecake is always great.. all waiter Palmer I was very good respectful very joky made us have a good time although the food took a while he always made sure we were good checked on us he did a very good job
Food was great, but watch out for the wait staff. Our tab was $70, we gave the waitress a credit card and cash and she tried to tip herself $35! Not good. Said we misrepresented ourselves.
Really good food but quite possibly the worst service we've experienced. Ordered the kids food first with the drinks (as parents do) and it came out super fast, which was great! When theirs came, we ordered ours and waited almost an hour for our food. Asked for a single scoop of vanilla ice cream for our daughter and to-go boxes and after another 25 min had to ask for her ice cream again. When it got there we asked for to-go boxes and two pieces of cheesecake to go. We were really looking forward to trying these two! Waitress finally brought them and we had been there so long we begrudgingly left an ok tip and hurried back to our hotel... only to find when we got there that there was only one piece of cheesecake instead of two. The lighting was abysmally low and the floor under the table was so filthy that our sons coat fell off the seat at one point and we didn't even realize until we got back that there was a ton of sand, gravel and grunge on it. We really, really liked the food but the whole experience was ruined by waiting for ages and ages only to be shorted one of the two desserts. If we do this place again, it will just be take-out.
Had a great experience for a family dinner. Wonderful waitress and our meal was delicious and good size portions. I was happy that the lights weren’t too dim and music wasn’t too loud.
My mean was delicious, my husband had chicken and spaghetti dish that wasn't so good. He loved the chicken but the noodles were dry and no flavor was added. Their cheesecake are always spot on
The place looked very nice but I would not recommend it at all. The raspberry lemonade was way too sweet, fried Mac and Cheese was salty, and the pizza still had baking paper and it was burnt
