It’s been taking 15 minutes on average to get a drink. Sometimes they start to talk to each other and watch videos while people are waiting.Today it took 21 minutes to get a simple iced espresso. They had one person on bar and i was literally watching my life pass me by waiting. This really sucks because they’re the only nearby Starbucks or decent coffee shop.
extremely friendly staff, nice space to work or hang out, not sure if there are bathrooms but it is connected to a hotel looks like
Gentleman making coffee has a large beard that I am sure finds it way into food and coffee. It is exaggeratedly large and does not belong around food areas. Walked out with my party of five immediately. Barf!

I don’t usually post reviews but this Starbucks is one of the worse ever.1st experience: burnt coffee, ok service2nd experience: waited 10 mins for a black coffee, only to get burnt coffee! Staff were not attentive at all.Will not be coming here again.
Yet another Starbucks that now sux.Used to be reliable for coffee now completely unpredictable hours, miserable staff, awful experience. Pay the staff decent and reopen or lose customers.
Been here 3 times and got the wrong order all Three times!!! How? And the drinks are so poorly made. How is this a grande holiday drink? Never coming back
Ordered ahead. Messed up my order twice. Then told me after the second time fixing my order that they were out of syrup. No apolo, no offer to make it right. Poor service.
It was ok. Slow and they got my order wrong.
An exceptionally bad Starbucks. I have never encountered one so consistently terrible as this one.- They forget my order maybe 1 in 10 times. Have waited 15 minutes for a grande black iced coffee, staff just standing around talking.- Hot drinks are tepid. Lattes are always half full, never have any foam.- They are almost never open their full posted hours.
