Just want to share an incident here, I recently went to the Center Square Starbucks and ordered a coffee Frappuccino. As I got back to my table, I spilled my coffee all over, the staff came immediately to clean the mess and helped me clean my phone which I ruined in the process replaced the drink without cost and I think that's just extremely nice and I want to praise them here. Thank you, Starbucks!!!
Absolutely the best Starbucks ever! Everyone is super kind and friendly. There have been so many times I got free drink cards just because. I went there daily for about a year but got promoted and switched locations so now I don’t have time to stop in unless I leave super early, it’s been at least a couple months but I went in this morning and was greeted as I came in and the lovely woman had my drink ready before I could even finish ordering. They always brighten my morning and makes me feel good they still remembered! All of these people work super hard and deserve ALL the tips!!!

I truly love Starbucks. A lot of them have closed in Cambridge, but thankfully the one I live by hasn’t. They staff at this one are all super nice and always have a smile on their faces and kind words to say. In Central Sq. that’s a very impressive outlook to have, even more so when someone yells at you for giving them the wrong milk. God forbid. My only complaint is they haven’t brought back the indoor seating yet. Now, this might be because of where we are located, we’re having a major issue with homeless drug users, I fear this is real reason behind the missing seats. This Starbucks is great though, I honestly think if you don’t like your drink, you’re probably the one who ordered wrong.
Great service team. Really know how to keep the morning rush moving so people can get in and out.
I’am a light skinned biracial women and me and my child been discriminated by a white Manager call Mike Klein is been discriminated me since last year, Starbucks doesn’t support black people and my daughter is black mix with Korean and japonese i all ready reported this Starbucks to a civil rights in cambridge for discriminated my color skin, it’s time for discriminations to be ended in United States of America enough is enough why can we all get alone and live our life.

I'm a regular customer at this Starbucks. Everyone who works there is great. However, Jody and jannen and another two young ladies whom I forgot their names are the best at the store. They are pleasant, nice, kind, helpful and really good workers. Those people are the ones who make us come back to the store again.There is a time I ordered my regular drink in the app at another Starbucks by mistake. When I arrived at my regular store to pick up the drink I figured out that my order has Not been sent there. luckily, Janeen was happy to help out and she made another drink since I was in a hurry and I had to go to work plus I did not know where is the other store that I sent my order to.Although this store is busy most of the time, they can still maintain great customer service.
I normally love this location. The staff is normally in very high spirits and their energy will spread to everyone that walked into and leave happier than they came in (even before their first sip of coffee) lol but today, I went in and order through the app while I waited inside. (Social distance whenever I can) and when my order was ready I asked for a bag for my pastry and breakfast item (I was wearing a boot due to a foot injury) to make it easier to carry along with my drink and I had to pay for a bag. Also while I was waiting for my order it got a little busy and I asked one of the employees if they had a restroom and I was denied access to it. I think today just wasn’t my day to support Starbucks. Hopefully next time will be better at a different location.
The coffee at this location is a lot weaker or they don’t know how to make it. They always have new people working so I feel like they’re not teaching them properly. My coffees taste like some cheap Dunkin’ Donuts or cafeteria coffee. I’ll stick with other locations.
