Very delicious and just the right level of spiciness! The garlic naan was excellent, some of the best I've ever had. One of the more affordable Indian restaurants in the area that has generous portions. Service was friendly and speedy.
Absolutely fabulous experience with Singh's Dhaba. We had been on the road for almost a week when we came across this restaurant near Harvard campus. We loved the food and found it so close to home. Most impressive was the service and the hospitality of the staff. Special mention to Pranjal who makes sure all patrons are well taken care of. We were so impressed that we came back each day of rest of our stay, tried different entrees each day and enjoyed the diversity of menu. We also got to meet the Chef and rest of the staff, who were so hospitable themselves. Highly recommended!
We ordered the chicken tikka masala and chicken biryani with garlic naan and samosas! Everything was absolutely delicious. And we were pretty much the first people in there for dinner. The service was nice and attentive - will be back!
Everything I’ve ordered was extremely fresh and delicious. I’m so excited that there’s a new and really great Indian restaurant in the neighborhood!! And with such a great selection of South Indian food! I haven’t tried the Idli yet, but will be back this week to give it a go.Definitely a welcome addition to the neighborhood!
Really amazing food! I got samosa chaat (highly, highly recommended!), garlic Naan, and paneer coconut karma.
I was excited to see that a new Indian restaurant was available, especially with so many excellent reviews. My meal was a bit lackluster though - the paneer palak was ordered with "indian medium" spiciness, but it arrived very sweet without any heat at all, closer to a creamed spinach dish. The biryani was decent and had some warmth, though the raita was thinner than expected. The tandoori chicken looked nice but it ended up being a bit dry, which I've found with a lot of Boston area restaurants.I'll try them again sometime in case it was just an off night.
My wife and I came across this hole in the wall in our search for comfort food. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. The host and food.were spectacular. I ordered the chicken kebab and it was cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned, juicy and flavorfull. My main course was the Chicken Aachari which was wonderfully spicy, tangy and tasted homemade. My wife had the paneer tika which was superb and made with fresh paneer, and for her entree she had the Kadhai paneer which she thoroughly enjoyed and it reminded her of home. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in for a taste of Punjab or looking for a taste of home!! Enjoy and eat happy!
Very good! I got Goat Achari Curry, the goat was very tender and wasn't too bony + not many small bones. Also tried the Chicken Dhaniwal Korma and the sauce was very rich, flavorful, and delicious. Good portions and hard to stop eating it. I look forward to ordering again!
Get the Coconut Paneer Korma - easily the star of the show, it stood out and I'm already looking forward to going back and ordering it again. But all of our meals were very flavorful and delicious (Palak Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, of course the Naan bread, and all the desserts - Kheer, Rasmalai, Gulab Jamun) you really can't go wrong. Service was exceptional, our server was attentive and friendly and made sure that we liked every dish and had everything we needed, and the chef came to check on us too. The restaurant is on the small side and has an understated appearance, not particularly fancy, but comfortable and welcoming - the dining area is quiet and not too crowded, it was perfect for dining with family from out of town for a few hours. Very affordable prices, you're getting more than you paid for! This is my new favorite Cambridge area restaurant, they only opened a few months ago so I'm happy to discover them early.
Excellent authentic Punjabi food. Went to Singh’s Dhaba for lunch as we passed on our way to Harvard square. Extremely tasty lunch thali with superb samosas, curries and bread. Both veg and non-veg is very authentic. Mango lassi was also excellent. Among the best Indian food I’ve tasted in Cambridge.
