Love shake shake their food is amazing. Always make my 45 min trip to go one. But not 5 stars because they are not in the North Shore Area yet
Very friendly and fast kind workers. Colin Was especially helpful by not only replacing my float when it feel, but also helping me know the area as we’re not locals.very nice and helpful staff, would recommend.
Ordering meals at a computerized kiosk that prompts you to buy more items you don’t want. Fun! I love it when my dining experience reminds me of checking into my flight at the airport!
This Shake Shack is located just minutes walk from Harvard Yard. Its very busy and a bit chaotic as there are tons of people around and most orders are via app or pick up. But there is a nice seating area on 2nd floor and couple table on the main floor. The burgers are very good.. I was told to expect very tasty burgers and thats what we got. The fries were ok, nothing special.. but burgers were delicious indeed. The shake was also very good and i tried it just to say I did, but was here for the burgers and they did not disappoint.

staff are nice, food is solid, and they play absolute bangers over the speakers. buffalo seasoning on the fries was (pleasantly) spicier than i expected
Servers were quick and kind. Food was great and unexpectedly their chicken nuggets are delicious. Upstairs is a bit of a hang out space with games. Overall, pretty cool place to grab a quick bite or hang our for a couple hours.

These burgers really are delicious. It is a warm and cozy place where you can enjoy a meal with your family and friends
I like Shake Shack. I LOVE the addition of the walk-up pick-up window at the Harvard Sq location. It only gets 4 stars because a fast food burger is never going to be as good as a great restaurant, but they are the best of the fast foods and if the rating were only on convenience and shopping experience it would be an easy 5 stars.
