Great sandwiches and pizza! Love the photos on the wall
Friends who attended Harvard years ago said this place is a must. It is small, maybe four tables but it is a cool little environment. This is a thick crunchy crust and we prefer thin but we are still glad we tried it. I had the spinach and it was delicious. Only reason I gave it four stars is we called ahead to see if they serve beer and were told that they in fact did. However, when we got there, found out they do not. Must’ve been a misunderstanding but we needed a cold drink on a hot day!
Pinocchio makes great pizza. We always go with different slices of vegetarian options, and all of them slack. These are all deep dish, so the crust is one of the best parts of a pizza. On top of that, they keep the ingredients fresh and bountiful.This is a fantastic option if you need good food really quickly as they have plenty of ready-made options to select from.

We stopped at Pinocchio for a quick lunch. These Sicilian style pizzas are solid, but nothing special. My artichoke pizza was also just lukewarm instead of hot, which is the way I like my hot foods.
It's your typical late night college pizza place. The food is okay. But, sometimes at 12:30am, ya' just need a slice of pizza. And for that, it excels! The history and ambiance are what it's all about. And yes, I will go back! ?
I ate a lot here during school. Nothing has changed, most notably the dusty dough on the rectangular pizza slices, and the flimsy paper plates. Awesome to come back in time!
Friendly staff, authentic great food and fair prices. You can't go wrong here! Ordered the large Steak & Cheese sub with mushrooms and everything that came with it. I might have gained an extra pound that day but NO REGRETS! Simply delicious, the meat melts in your mouth and the flavors are all on point. Can't wait to stop by again. My thanks to the Pinocchio's team for a lovely lunch! I'd definitely recommend checking it out!
We came to this place by an accident. Very tasty pizza, like the one that we tried in San-Remo! Friendly staff and fast service. We were shocked, when we found out that in this pizza shop they are making their flour by themselfes! We met with the owner of the pizza shop. He was very friendly person. He gave us a free pizza as a gift for us. with spinach. We talked to him, and we found out that he can speak Russian! We were really shocked by that. I'm sure we will come there again!
To call this joint iconic doesn't do it justice. I've been grabbing slices at Pinocchio's for 30 plus years and though H-Sq like most areas has struggled mightily during this miserable pandemic as long as I can still grab an awesome slice at Pinocchio's there's still hope.
