Requirement to have a mask !! Service was very slow and unprofessional.. The food is awful here ?‍♀️

Overall, the food is questionable. Nothing really tasted good other than the Chicken Katsu. The seafood paella was disappointing and smelled like fish (in a bad way). Not sure why they have this kitchen appreciation fee….just raise the prices and stop with the hidden mark-ups. Ambiance is ok I guess and servers are nice. Good choice for people who are concerned about Covid too since they require proof of vaccination.

What we ate was all delicious. BUT, I had the cod and although it was excellent, it was insultingly small. I felt ripped off and hungry. Service was good.

Pagu is a fantastic dining experience! I love the open kitchen concept, where from the kitchen bar you can watch the chefs up close work in action or sit in the dining area and still get a great view of the kitchen. One of the best spots in Boston for innovative dishes! Everything I ordered came hot and fresh. The staff was extremely nice and cared about our dining experience. I highly recommend trying out this spot, you will not regret it!

Absolutely stunning dining experience. The atmosphere is well balanced between being warm, social and intimate. It’s been inspiring to see a restaurant sticking up for the right thing throughout the pandemic and to see their resilience through it all. The food brings me back to my time spent in southern Spain and the fusion with Asian cuisine is electric. Cannot wait to dine again!

I have something to say about Pagu. From the moment I walked into this very fashionable and beautifully laid out landscape I was greeted with the utmost kindness from a women named Tracy. She was kind, humorous, and welcoming. From the moment we sat down at a quaint patio table, my company and I were impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of our servers. It was a relaxing atmosphere, a soft wind at our shoulders and the kindness and helpfulness of our servers felt like home. And don’t get me started on the food. Each dish provided an ignition of excitement. Each recommendation could not have been more spot on. Especially from our server Jonathan. The perfect blend salty, savory, and sweet between all three dishes had my belly in a utopian euphoria! I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, delicious, cozy night out. If you want time to smile and enjoy the fine fortunes that we have in this life, Pagu is your spot.

Worst experience in Boston. This place scares me. They are down my throat asking for personal medical records. It's private. Only came in here since I was with a friend never again. Should not go here if I were you and get treated like a disease.

Where do I begin? Food was mediocre and overpriced, no veggie options, everything, including Ramen broth contains pork belly… the management too young and inexperienced to deal with someone outside who was harrassing guests (for 2 hrs!), never offered to move their table, never offered to take care of them so they could enjoy their dining experience or make the problem go away. Life is too short to ever go back there…seriously disappointed at the incompetent management who had no regard for what their customers were enduring.

I went to Pagu a few weeks ago and my experience was incredible. I was lucky enough to meet the owner Tracy who was so kind and attentive to me while I dined alone. She discussed new wines coming to the menu with me and even sent me a dish I had not ordered. I just moved to the area and it was such a treat to go out in times like this and still feel like I found a local spot that not only has incredible food but is owned and run by great people who welcome you to the community.

Pagu is one of my favorite restaurants in the Boston area. The chef is incredibly creative and cares about the community. The food is outstanding - I have eaten there many times for dinner and love their wine list as well.
