so good the food was great, and very friendly people, i came from new bedford to Cambridge hospital and I found this place I will defend be back
Ordered the Uber eats pick-up order in advance However, the preparing time was longer than the estimates. It was postpone from multiple times as I have arrived in the store and waiting for another 5 to 10 minutes. Both pizza and appetizer were freshly made out of oven. Would suggest for any casual lunch meal. Great location for all Cambridge locals.
They are very rude and they don’t care their customers, never go. Very dirty place
My wife and I decided to give this establishment a try. We ordered their pizza and chicken wings with the expectation it would be delivered in 30 minutes; as stated by the person I spoke with on the phone when placing the order. 30 minutes turned into 1.5 hours. I called to find out where our order was. The person on the phone stated the delivery driver tried to call, and stood in front of the building waiting for me. This is impossible for two reasons. 1. I gave them my cell phone number which was with me the entire time. 2. I decided to wait downstairs in the lobby of my building so I could grab the food as soon as it arrived. Had the driver actually arrived I would have I explained this to the person on the phone only to have him yell at me that they are “busy” and that he doesn’t know what I want him to do. (Umm, maybe deliver the food in the time you said you would or apologies for the delay, not yell at me for not doing your job.). He also told me I should go back to my apartment and check the messages on my phone, because his driver left a message for me. I explained a second time the phone was in my hand the entire time and still is, and there are no messages on my phone. Additionally, my building has 24/7 concierge, had his driver actually arrived at my building he could have left it with them as every other food delivery person who comes to our building does. In disbelief at his unprofessional behavior I canceled the order and hung up.My wife and I really wanted to support this business given they are Muslim and the food is halal. However, after such unprofessional behavior I can’t in good conscience ever do business with this establishment again. I really hope they improve their service.
Do not order from this business. They are utterly unprofessional. We ordered pizza from them and when we did a follow-up call one hour after they said the food would be delivered, they had the audacity to yelled at us (the customers who were patiently waiting one hour after the ETA time.) Needless to say, we canceled the order and are now taking our business elsewhere. Such a shame.
Just an awesome little local pizza shop. Everyone working there is super friendly and wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. The food is delicious, and they use mostly fresh ingredients that they cook up on the spot.I've gotten subs and pizza here, and I absolutely recommend both!
I was passing by and the smell was so intoxicating, I had to stop. The food was delicious. I had lunch and I recommend it. Friendly, great food, cooked right n so tasty. Pizza and pastrami sandwich. Freaking on point!!!!!?
The only decent pizza place in this area. Good-sized tasty slices, though a cheese slice is $2.75 and a buffalo chicken is $3.50, pretty overpriced. Nice people though.
