Excellent tacos. Quick service. A bit noisy (music) for easy conversation. But worth it for the food.
The food was not very good & the margaritas were awful. Very overpriced for the amount of food $18.00 for 2 tacos was expensive. The chicken in bowls was not even breast meat it was thigh meat. Very low quality.
Arrived at 4:45pm on a Friday. Surprisingly empty, and we were seated on the rooftop. We were sprayed by some unknown liquid that came from the ledge next to our table, but once we let the staff know, they let us move and replaced our drinks. Mex is on the pricier side, and the food is just ok. The house and frozen house margs are good, and we mostly go for the ambience
Nice ambiance but the food left much to be desired. The nachos were subpar and the tacos were terrible. If you are going to sell tacos the shrimp should be fresh (not fried) or at least say on the menu that it is fried. The chicken tacos were awful and I could barely get through a few bites. Donât bother coming here if you want quality food. I think it could be a nice drink spot though with the rooftop.
Staff was very nice/accommodating and the physical space is a really cool vibe. Has potential but pretty disappointed with our food and drinks. Much better margaritas and Mexican food elsewhere. Glad to try but wonât be returning.

First time at Mex Tacqueria and I had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and service was great. I enjoyed the rooftop dining experience and the drinks were on point. I would certainly recommend it and am looking forward to going back soon.
Great food was great, but didnât quite make up for the slow and inattentive service.
This resturant has a lot of potential, located in a great location, drinks & food tastes really good but service is pretty bad. Our server came over to our table with water and just walked away after we said hi. They messed up both the drinks and food orders of both tables behind and infront of us (multiple times). We were offered different drinks than what we ordered twice, until our ordered drinks finally came. Food is actually pretty good but need improved services.
The service was slow. One drink I received was overwhelmingly strong (and was returned and replaced). The empanadas were ok (the crust was a bit overdone). The salsa tasted like tomato sauce. The pollo asado was lacking in flavor.
