Love love love their “Duchess Earl Grey” something like this. It is the only time I have ordered from a cafe (London fog from 1369 coffee house) and called back to find out their supplier. Rather expensive though ?
I purchased mem tea from a store. I tried to find the amount in grams for the tea, but it appears they think their customers are too stupid, to understand if the box said either a tsp or 3 gramsI looked it up online and they only gave general information. I have green tea, for example with different amounts, different brewing times. I called and the woman who said I'm sorry you are confused. I said I'm not, I'm annoyed.She then gave me the bums rush and basically said have a good day in the middle of my next question and hung up. The tea was good, but I would buy it elsewhere, where they understand tea
I was so happy when I found this tea at a local shop in South Riding, VA. I use to always drink this tea when I worked at Carberrys in Arlington, MA many moons ago! I am happy to know that they’re still in business providing quality tea!
Got a few samples of various teas. All have been exceptional. Even their standard English breakfast is really good. Very even flavor, very high quality tea.Got some Macha powder too, and can tell that MEM is the supplier for Flower bakery. The Macha late I made at home was spot on to flowers. Amazing what high quality ingredients will do.

We are so lucky to have Mem Tea in the Boston area!I've been going here consistently for probably 5 years now. The staff are very knowledgeable about the tasting notes, recommended prep, processing techniques used, tea regions etc... for all the different teas they have in stock. And they're constantly bringing in new and interesting single origin teas. They have all the usual teas you see in shops (both blends and single origin) but they also have a wonderful selection of higher quality single origin teas. When comparing against other comparable tea shops across North America, I think they have a particularly broad and impressive selection of oolongs! If you like tea and you're in the Boston area, you should definitely check out Mem Tea! You'll always find a new tea to try here!
