20 minutes to get fries for a mobile order? Everyone is moving like in slow motion, chatting instead of working.
Place is a complete train wreck inside. Mess everywhere, food orders wrong and you don't see any supervision. The supervision that is there doesn't care. Sad example for this brand.
One of the messiest McDonald's I ever saw, I had to clean an scrub or table but still felt I was eating in a dumpster
Terrible experience here today. Ordered via the touchscreens inside. Did not receive a receipt with a number to retrieve my order. Waited in line to ask the cashier what my order number was. He insisted it was not in his computer and refused to do anything to help. He tried to get me to place another order and pay again. I kept telling him I already paid and just needed to know what my order number was, but he just stood there and kept shrugging indicating he would do nothing more to help me, except place a brand new order and make me pay again.Finally, someone stepped in and actually asked what I ordered and was able to immediately grab my order as it was ready.He then unjammed the touchscreen interface to get me my receipt.I don't like to argue or bother anyone, and this experience was panic inducing.Also tried to call the number on the receipt to let them know of this experience, but the number is not accepting calls.
They have good service in this McDonald's bathroom were cleaned
Quick and clean. Value menu is the best. Get 2 hamburgers and a large Coke for 3 dollars. Can't say that it's not a great deal for that price.
This particular McDonald's refuses restroom access even if you have a medical issue which the law(ally's law requires them to provide one if asked) states they can't, this is on top of the fact that in Massachusetts if you serve food you are required to have restroom access for customers.
Even though I was getting frustrated about the right long lunch line barely moving, hey at least one of the male clerks stood up to the plate to help up speed the lines. Beth
Very small but efficient the staff was quick and organized in the restaurant was very clean
5 starts for the customer service workers at this location who work super hard.1 Star to the managers who yell at them and you when you don't understand their busted English and when they don't understand you because of it either.1 Star again for managers who lie about honoring deals at the McDonald's location and shut off the TV's that display it the next time to act like it never existed.Overall, this location is just OK.
