Loved this hotel! Everyone was very welcoming, the chef took special care of me at breakfast, sending me plates of food which was really really nice. The location is great for a walk.
I had an awesome and amazing stay.My favorite place was the bar with my Dominica friend! He is fast and friendly. I don't see how he can serve and bartend at the same time, but he knocks it out. One of the most expensive ($27) breakfast for a very limited spread. If you are a vegan or vegetarian, there is all most nothing that they can give you. Staff seem to be totally careless about the concern. Le Meridian standards have gone down considerably.
Will definitely use this establishment again. The entire staff were so willing to go above and beyond to meet our comfort levels. The most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. We will continue using this establishment!
My son attends college in Cambridge and is a varsity athlete so we go to Cambridge on many weekends to watch him play and reconnect as a family. Doing this for many years we have had the opportunity to experience all the hotels in the area. While there are many fine choices Le Meridien stands above them all. They have a great location, nice facilities, a fun bar, welcoming restaurant, good workout, easy parking and comfortable rooms. However, what takes them to the next level is the people. The staff goes more than just the additional mile. At the end of a long and stressful drive on a Friday evening my wife and i arrive and get that beautiful ahhhhhh feeling. The stress and weight of the world feels a bit lighter, like arriving at your home. Thank you and keep up the good work.
Can't find fault in this hotel, it feels you are home..from the reception like Frank, Patrick and Jalal from dining, the housekeepers and everyone... the room is spacious, bed is comfy, clean and smells nice. Definitely work it
Nice room with all of the typical amenities. They truly appreciate Bonvoy status with multiple helpful perks. Breakfast is yummy! Drinks were good. All the staff were friendly and helpful! (Used points to book the room on a holiday/graduation weekend otherwise might not feel so blessed.) Room costs much more affordable for the next day if we were staying.
Fairly well-maintained compared to most alternatives, and decent value for the area. The restaurant was surprisingly good.Minus for front desk personnel having to get manager approval for the simplest things — but to its credit, the hotel properly followed up on that feedback.
Beautiful hotel and every staff member encountered were wonderful and kind. It is pricy but you get what you pay for as they say. The rooms were clean and well decorated. As other posters have mentioned there's no parking. The garage is less then 500ft away. I did take off a star due to ice machines being down and there is no clear menus for the restaurant and its unclear where it even is located.
I spent several nights here while on business. The hotel overall is nice, well maintained, and clean. The staff were friendly and hospitable. My room was a nice size and was comfortable and clean. The room was well maintained, quiet, and easily temperature controlled. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too firm for me personally. The hotel has a decent size gym with a universal, free weights and several pieces of cardboard equipment The breakfast was a bit pricey for what you got. It was fairly limited and was eggs bacon, oatmeal, pastries, fruit, milk, and coffee. The restaurant food was average and was limited as well due to supply chain issues. I would happily stay here again.
