Warning the menu does not display the “correct” prices. What you order might say $5.25 on the menu but it rings up at $6.25 and the employee just says sorry wrong price. If you are going to raise your prices at least learn how to change the display signs…

Horrible service and the passion fruit smoothie with yogurt did not have yogurt, was watery and had large chunks of ice. Nothing like the Chinatown Gong Cha.
Usually write some reviews only when I was nicely treated or badly treated. This review is for the latter. I feel that the employees in this store do not have basic courtesy in doing their business. It seems that they did not have the basic training before they started. Their responses to customers (at least for me) lack the basic politeness.

Very poor service and very rude. Bought 3 drinks and asked for an extra cup to share amongst my young kids. Got a very rude “No” and you have to pay a dollar for a cup. In comparison Starbucks always very pleasantly did this for us. Totally bad experience.
You have to pay extra money for splitting your drink! Unbelievable!
Perfect milk tea! I am unsure why the other reviews were so negative. The milk tea here is great! It had the perfect balance of milk, sugar and bubbles. The service was also really quick and efficient. It definitely deserves a higher rating
