I'm legally required as a New Englander to give Dunks a positive rating. Yes there is a better cup of coffee and donut out there to be found. But that's not always the adventure you want when you are on the go somewhere. Medium hot regulah and a crullah and you're good to go!
Staff seams lost, products never come out with consistency.. but hey.. its a dunking Right?
No bathrooms both out of order
The woman who does the cashier wears her hair in a pony tail, tan skin.. she is extremely rude and just plain mean. She doesn't speak good English and gets mad at the customer when asked her to repeat hersef! Awful customer service

The management team is awful. The manager is extremely rude she has no customer service at all. Some of the employees are kind but you can tell that the manager is just not nice to them. This location is convenient which is the only reason I go here.
Terrible customer service
They normally are on point with making my orders, but some of the new employees make me not want to go back.
