Ive been working over near this dunks.. Its the worst and slowest place i ever experienced.every time.need a system.15 min for a ice coffee n muffin.
To start I have never had an issue with my coffee when I order from this Dunkin’. The three stars comes from multiple times from when my order was missing items. When mobile ordering when I’m spared for time I have left missing donuts that were not with the rest of my order. This is a common theme I have noticed here. The three stars also comes from receiving rock hard bagels. I’m not sure if their roster is broken but they seem to refuse to use it. They will “toast” bagels using the oven instead of the toaster making the bagel stone hard and inedible. When items from my order are missing consistently and items are inedible I find it hard to rate this Dunkin’ higher than three stars. I hope this helps future customers.
Hire people who can actually make the food correctly or least won't give attitude for messing up an order
This is by far my favorite Dunkin' donuts the staff here is incredibly kind and polite and fast

Worst!!! They always mess up in my pick up order, make me wait. New guy they hired never changed gloves or washes hands. Just disgusting.
I wonder if I can hit all the Dunks in the greater Boston area, if only as a testament of how much I prefer them over the one who shall not be named. Enough said.
I had the worst experience today the man was washing the floors the lady told him to pick up the food and give it to me with his hands all dirty what kind of service is this so ?
