Dunkin employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been the same. The employees are unprofessional constantly yelling and giving attitude. The two women here seem angry and seem annoyed when customers are asking for help. Don’t come here if you want to be yelled at.
Been going to this dunks for years . December 2021 . Worst crew that has ever come through those doors . Service was awful and all my food was wrong . I live four houses away and I would rather walk 2 miles than go to this dunks . Stay awayUpdate : one month later . Still horrible . Same lady working that rolls her eyes like another reviewer mentioned . Rubber bagels at 9 am ? This might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been I have been to and I have been a construction worker in Boston for the last 20 years . That is saying something.

You can’t use the bathroom unless you make a purchase and after when you do and try to use the bathroom they will till you it’s out of service eventhough you made a purchase. Also their service is as bad as hearing Elon speak when you get what you ordered they’ll yell it out to you even if your 8ft away from them
Very slow service food was good but they forgot 2 items from my order I was very disappointed

One of the woman here seems to really hate her job or customers, she kept rolling her eyes as I'm ordering and making faces at me. Very unprofessional especially when I was nothing but nice to her.
I was not pleased with the staff of this DD at all. I thought the staff was rude and acted like they didn't care about the customers at all. The ladies that took my order was paying attention to something else the entire time. Not friendly at all. But they did make a good sandwich and coffee for what it's worth.

I really don't understand what is happening at this place.. Some days it's great, other days is like a boom went off and the Russian are invading, and no drink orders are correct.
