My first post about anything I'm convinced it's intentional now and it's always during the weekdays morning shift when I'm heading to work every time i get the wrong order.this morning I ordered a chai latte I got milk on top with syrup on bottom and it not the first time .I didn't do anything wrong to these people or said anything negative I just order from the app and go about my business may god bless you all

i used to work on a different dunkin,so i know how to make all the orders. the dunkin inside harvard station is absolutely the worst, i keep making a mistake and every once in while go there and order something, they never get right. today hot coffee tasted like it being there all day, ice coffee was just cream and ice and worst off all today i ordered cooled it was sour ,and they chage it to an ice coffee for me but it was worst, i just throw it out and walked, the stuff was nice though. recipes number 7262326(order number 326)
I asked them to combine a medium vanilla chai with a smidgen of coffee so i can properly wake up. Cheerfully she said, this is my favorite too, even though it wasn't listed on the menu. Zooglebay.com

This is one of the best Dunkin‘s around! I always do mobile orders for pick up on my way to work and they always get it right. The food quality is better then any other Dunkin’ I’ve been too ( really good bagels ) and the staff are all very friendly!
