Love dominos they have the best pasta dishes. Good pizza and quick delivery. The chicken is so good. The only thing I want to see changed is them using a different type of sub roll for their awesome subs. I am not a fan of the bread rolls they currently have. Granted they are good. I just want a different type of sub roll. because when you save it to eat later in the evening and heat it up in the microwave the sub roll becomes hardened and not edible. When I save any subs I get i take the food inside of the bread roll and use my own fresh soft sun roll and I am happy. But other than that 5 stars ♥╣[-_-]╠♥⁄(⁄ ⁄•⁄-⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄ w(°ｏ°)w
Straight up didn’t deliver my food and didn’t even get a call from my driver when it was supposedly delivered. I was waiting outside as soon as I saw the tracker say it was delivered. When I called to request a refund they said that the driver isn’t obligated to call (huh???) and that I’d have to call the next day and speak to the manager.Manager told me that the driver had been working there for 22 years and that it was impossible for him to have delivered to the wrong place. Always cool to accuse your customers of lying! Said he’d give a refund but is refusing to serve to my address again because I “cost him money”.Good riddance, I guess
Cheap on topics and unevenly cooked. Guy took about 2 minutes to find my receipt to pick up my pizza box. NBD but need to put more toppings
I've been going here for 3 years. They are short staffed due to COVID so the pizza doesn't arrive piping hot every time but they're good people and rarely make mistakes.
I'm here now I walked all the way here with my daughter in 20 degree weather and 2 employees have the lights off and not answering calls. They are sitting there just chatting it up not working or doing their job. They should ashamed to be ok with running a fufu business like this. I hope cooperate gets a whiff of this bull.
The manager is very disrespectful. He gets upset when you tell him your order and you want it a specific way. He never accommodates. When he got fed up with helping me he said omg this is ridiculous I can’t make your order. All because I’m very picky in what I eat because I have allergies and if I’m paying for my food I like it the way I want it. Bad service. Thankfully I called again to speak to the manger & a women picked up she was very respectful and helpful & took my order but I couldn’t speak to the manager because he was the manager! Smh.
Ok, I'm from Spain. I'm very hungry. I called them because i need some pizza now, and they say to me that its not possible send pizza to Spain from Cambridge. Im very disgusted. Called this dominos trying to order for delivery. Male answers the phone and says hello very rudely. asked me a question I didn’t hear than asked my address. gave him the hospital address where I work 3 times! Told him I’m sorry it’s kinda loud bcuz I work in a hospital! He Hang up on me. Called again a female answered me with a disrespectful tone! Yelling on the phone nor won’t take my order she hang up too. Called again same male answered the phone told him i don’t know why you guys keep hanging up the phone like it’s a game. He asked me if I’m trying to make a order I said not anymore, told him I needed his name n the female who answer the phone name, he hangs up the phone while I was talking! I had to leave work to go to the branch my self to get their names. The male name yves was very rude and thought he was smart with his mouth and female name shrija was also rude! I’m fed up because I’m reading this other comments and it seems like no one is doing anything! Is okay! I will never order from here again! By the way the names i said is what I was given by the male yves if it’s wrong he gave me wrong names. I’m calling corporate next because all of the works thought I was funny when I drove there.
it used to be good. i loved the stuffed bread. recently (last 8 months or so) it has really been terrible. the bread is not stuffed (probably .3 of the cheese it used to have) and delivery is beyond slow. their website says that Juan has been doing a quality check of my "free" pizza for over half an hour. i highly suspect that Juan hasn't been looking at my pizza under a microscope. when you order from Dominos, you expect an OK pizza but pretty quick in delivery. not any more. last time i ordered from them, i said "never again." i should listen to myself...
Some of the rudest and most miserable people work at this location. I’m sympathetic to being short staffed and stressed but All the attitude i received from the woman answering the phones around 910pm this evening should go get a few drinks. For whatever reason for the first time in 10 years a dominoes driver couldn’t find my apartment but REALLY he was too lazy to get out the car in the rain and do his JOB. So he has the store call me and home girl has way too much attitude from start to finish. I won’t pretend I know the kind of night she’s had but All I wanted to do was receive my food and between her and the driver that seemed extremely inconvenient.
