A gem of a neighborhood restaurant. Just big enough, just busy enough to feel a good vibe.The food was wonderful. We shared the dolmades ,calamari (which was cooked perfectly)and a tziki dip for apps. All home runs.The lamb kebab with roasted potato or string beans were delicious. Oh.,.. we also went home with a bottle of their salad dressing!
We had a wonderful late lunch of feta and olives, spinach pie, and lamb kabob. The server was very friendly and welcoming, food was freshly and well prepared,
Beautiful Greek cousine, the staff is also quite nice. The menu might use some improvements (for example, 2 in the 4 Greek mezes dish taste almost the same) but overall, it is definetely worth visiting.
Authentic neighborhood spot with delicious food. Whole staff is friendly and Greek! The portions are huge and the menu is also reasonably priced.
Awesome local greek place with authentic menu, great atmosphere and nice staff. Recommend the dips/fried calamari for appetizers and kebab/gyro plates for dinner. And can’t forget baklava for dessert!
The food is great but the attitude of the manager was so unprofessional and rude. You cannot serve a drink to people and 10 minutes later say “I will call the police if you don’t leave” ????♀️??♀️??♀️ The manager couldn’t take the the criticism in front of their employee, from a female. I believe this is why we got the terrible treatment we had at the end of the night. My friend’s comment was : “You were not as kind as our server when you asked us to move our table” I will never come to this restaurant again because I think the guy puts his ego before his business, which is really sad.
A lovely little spot! So happy to have stumbled across this place. Everyone was so nice and the menu has a great variety :)
Desfina is an East Cambridge fixture that I've been going to for years. Because of the pandemic, I hadn't been there for the past two years. I'm happy to report that it's just as good as always. The food is fresh and the servers are welcoming. The grape leaves are excellent.
The cuisine and hospitality are exemplary. The atmosphere is warm and lively. I can't imagine a better choice for a lovely dinner out.
Food was brilliant. Highly recommend.
