Service was fast and super friendly! The rosemary fries were perfection. Also really enjoyed my chickpea fritter sandwich. My friend liked the Nashville hot mushroom sandwich but her mouth was definitely feelin’ the heat ? The ginger lemonade was a tad too strong for my liking initially, but once the ice melted and diluted it a bit I found it refreshing.

Clover Food Lab is a cool café and coffee shop near Harvard Square. I stopped in recently for a coffee and a muffin. The wait in line was a bit long, but the area was quite busy. I had the house-made mole syrup with my coffee and a cornbread muffin. Both were excellent. I definitely hope to be back and try more things. This is a great spot!

I really do wanna give this place the benefit of the doubt considering all of the great things I've heard about it -- maybe it was just an off day? Anyhow, I was a bit disappointed by my food. My tortilla soup was very sour and bitter, oddly enough. I might have been given the wrong soup in all honesty, it was dark brown, almost black in color and didn't have any tomatoes in it. It was more akin to black bean soup although, again, it was very off-tasting, even for possibly being a different soup. It also came with pita bread, which wasn't half bad, but it couldn't really bring up the enjoyment level of the soup. It's a cute restaurant, and maybe the other locations are better, but I do wish this place lived up to the hype.Edit: Looks like I was given the "shiitake chowder" instead, as the tortilla soup is sold out. While I'm glad I now know that's not what the tortilla soup is like, I would've appreciated being told that so that I could have ordered something else instead. And hey, thank god I'm not allergic to mushrooms.

Service was very good. With so many options the customer service was very patient and kind explaining. I usually go to a restaurant and have 2-3 veggi options, but here everything is veggi and delicious!

The guy who was preparing chickpea fritter sandwiches gaslit me today. I placed an order and waited about 10 minutes. I then saw a sandwich that had been laid out and asked the guy who the sandwich was for. He said “Dan.” So I asked him if my order was coming up and he said “no, not up yet.”Then 10 more minutes passed and I asked the manager if my order had come up yet. The chickpea fritter guy pointed at Dan’s sandwich and said “I TOLD you that was yours” the manager then had the nerve to tell me “it’s busy let’s not blame people.” So I was doubly gaslit :)And of course clover has still not figured out that having someone take orders on an iPad is an incredibly frustrating way to take orders. Definitely order online and maybe stay off the chickpea fritter sandwich until this guy’s shift is over

An excellent vegetarian sandwich shop! I had the heirloom radish sandwich. The name does not do it justice! This was a hearty, tasty sandwich with complex flavours! My husband had the seitan sandwich with bbq sauce. Again very good (but mine was better!!). Staff were efficient and helpful. The decor is a comfortable combination of traditional and contemporary. We were pleased to learn that everything they use is compostable : including the plastic cups!

They serve made to order pita sandwiches, salads, soups, and other sides. If you are looking for something quick and healthy, this is a good choice.

Love their new „The Carrot“ sandwich! It‘s pretty spicey, all the ingredients come through nicely. Nice for a small lunch snack. Prices are affordable.

Edit in response to Clover’s reply: I am adding a photo of my two unanswered emails to the address that theyre now asking me to reach out to. They can get back to me via email if they want to “make [things] whole.” The ideal resolution is that they either confirm they can do curbside at HSQ or that they remove the curbside option from their website to avoid wasting disabled peoples’ time and money, in which case I will gladly remove this review.Original review: Really frustrating access issues here, and a management that doesn’t seem to care about wasting customers’ time. While I completely understand not offering curbside or outdoor pickup, it’s frustrating that this location claims to offer curbside on their online platform but then staff will not bring orders out to customers with special access needs. I got one very kind reply when I raised this over email (they don’t have a phone in any restaurant) but no response when I followed up to ask if it was resolved and if I could order curbside again and expect it to work out. I try not to use doordash or delivery services and prefer to order directly through restaurants, but normally would use doordash in cases like this— except Clover orders placed through any delivery app are consistently not picked up and not delivered. The issue is only with their restaurant on these platforms and no others, and over the past three times I’ve tried to order from them I’ve had to spend time on the phone with doordash to get a refund for an order that never showed up. These guys are my favorite fast-casual place locally but have wasted a ton of my time.

A lot of vegetarian options. The regular egg sandwich (softboiled egg, cheese, tomato, untoasted pita) was painfully unremarkable and under seasoned, but the popover sandwhich showed off a nice use of soy-cured (?) tempeh as a meat substitute. Coffee options were impressive with a number of well-regarded Northeastern roasters (George Howell, Little Wolf, Tandem, Speedwell) available on pour over or as bags.
