vietnamese iced coffee was good

On a warm evening, grab a glass of the house infused sake and graze the various fresh Vietnamese options on the menu. Everything we tried was outstanding.

The interior is super nice. The vibes are chill and intimate. Maybe neighbors are too close. I could hear every conversation.Staff were chill and friendly.Tiny but clean bathroom for customers.Back yard outdoor seating was nice.Overall cute cafe w pastries. Coffee some food, beer and wine.Nice place to hangout.

Ok yes! I love the vibe! It wAs packed On a Sunday at 2 ! I was so excited to try out this place but the food didn’t live up to expectations based on how hyped the reviews sound the food doesn’t taste like “authentic Vietnamese” , more like “Asian-fusion” (…mb I expected it to be more Vietnamese-street taste based on the reviews and their IG page ?) and I wouldn’t call their coffee “as close as u can get to Vietnam” , (mb i just got the wrong thing , we got the sea-salt drip coffee with condense milk.)Anyways, I rec the lemongrass duck broth!!! It’s the most flavorful dish on the table. We tried the pho salad but it tasted really plain .

As a Vietnamese living away from home, Cicada eases the homesickness that creeps in once in a while. The eclectic, colorful decor blends together in a narrow space to creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Elbows may bump, but you'd feel like you're simultaneously alone but together with everybody else. The food cleverly blends traditional Vietnamese flavor notes with ingredients not commonly found in Vietnamese cuisine -- everything is delicious. The Saigon red lager is a must if you want some easy-to-drink beverage. Don't sleep on the homemade yogurt with passionfruit - it's almost as good as my mom's!

Great Vietnamese duck and bamboo noodle soup! Love the touch of the ginger sauce on top. Taste similar to the childhood noodle soup I had in Vietnam

I was in the neighborhood and decided to try Cicada. Everything was delicious. The cicada latte reminded me of Vietnamese coffee. It was well balanced with the expresso shot and sweetness of the condensed milk. The seared duck breast with duck broth and vermicelli was a plus for the cold weather for lunch time. Lastly, decide to try their lemongrass ginger brew too and it was delightful! I definitely will come back and try out their dinner menu!

Very cute place and can be packed with people. The coffee was great. The pastry was a bit on the sweet end. I got the duck noodle soup. The soup was great, but other than that it was just alright.

My new favorite restaurant in Cambridge! Cozy / sexy / intimate vibe for dinner (Fri and Sat nights only), which is a nicely curated small menu Asian fusion with well prepared meats like duck and oxtail. HIGHLY recommend the salmon tartare and olives apps.Expect to pay mid 20s for mains, low to mid teens for apps. Surprisingly filling!

Was on my way to H Mart and decided to stop by.One word: delicious! Southeast Asian Fusion has improved so much. I’m liking this. Definitely a repeat for me.
