❌NEVER & EVER ❌ This happened 10 minutes ago. When I entered the restaurant everything was about to closed and two employees (African-American ladies) we're playing with their phones and they both saw me waiting by the counter. They kept playing with their phone I waited about 1 and 1/2 minutes and then I asked them are you guys closed and then they said no what do you want? It was a very rude approach and then I said I'd like to have a burrito please. She said what do you want in it, I said I also want kids burrito as well, she said something was not available I did not understand and I asked the question two times. She was like fine whatever I'll just give you.. she was hissing me and very rude. I wanted Reggie's for my burrito she's like do you see any images here we don't have any veggies! I kept my cool and did not want to argue with them. Meanwhile they were both talking about me and laughing about me and making fun of me. She was very very rude please watch security camerasand make necessary actions. I will never ever step in another Chipotle again.

The service and food is fine, but they really need to do better at rolling burritos. If you can’t roll all the food in tight enough, then add less food. The point of a burrito is that it is self contained and can be eaten on the go, but you miss the point when the burrito is falling apart right after opening up the foil.I worked at a Chipotle when I was in high school, and they would have put me on the cash register if they saw me roll a burrito the way the employees roll burritos here.

Such a lovely team of employees work here - greeted with smiles and welcomes and then made exactly how you like it! The food is good, fresh and healthy and the people who work there serve it up with a helping of kindness!

Probably the worst take-out experience I've ever had. We ordered 6 items, and none of them were even close to correct. Most had 2-3 out of 6-8 ingredients. I got a taco with plain (unseasoned) white rice and a little bit of cheese! If it's because they're out of things, I can understand, but they need to tell you, and I'll order somewhere else. We didn't find out til we got home, and it was too late to go anywhere else. A little communication would go a long way.2nd star bc at least the guac was there.

it was the worst experience ever. they wouldn’t make my food. they were so rude to my friend. they had us and other customers waiting for a really long time. but there were only 4 people. when my friend asked for a cup the worker got so mad. my friend asked for a refund for her unopened apple juice and they got so mad and took 10 minutes to get $1 for her. don’t come here. the workers were so rude.

Was really disappointed a new employee was set loose and she had no clue about the products and how they are set out. I had cold soft tacos made thin. That is not how they have ever been made there before and why would a new employee not be trained before being placed on the front line. There take out as more important now that pick up in restaurant.

I usually love chipotle and have a really good experience. I cant say the same for this one. Workers were extremely rude and unhelpful. Rice was soggy and no cilantro or seasoning. They really gimped out on the burrito it resembled a cube rather than a cylinder. Very bad experience overall.

Consistently bad experience. Most recent time I ordered a burrito and chips and guac online. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:40 and they did not even start making it until they noticed I was there. They were not busy and were just sitting around. The burrito was not even close to what I ordered, was poorly made and fell apart, and the three chips they gave us were soggy.

Terrible experience, do not come here. We ordered online two bowls for a 6:20pm, Feb. 18th take out. I went in the store at 6:17pm, checked the shelves, there was nothing and sat down to patiently wait. After a while, I asked the staff what is the status of the order and before I could finish my sentence, I was interrupted with “did you check the shelves” and the lady turned around and walked away.I waited longer and around 6:50pm I decided to ask again. The lady dismissively said “it’s literally being prepared now” — 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Another customer asked for her take out and the lady ignored her and walked away, to which the customer responded “or you can ignore me and be rude”. When my order was ready, the lady threw the bag at me. I took it and left.To my disappointment, the bowls were half-filled, many ingredients were missing.I understand staff are being overworked, but that does not change the fact that this lady’s attitude is horrible, wait times are long, and you might not get what you ordered.

My visit here was ALMOST incredible thanks to I think his name was Brando. Thanks to his Incredibly upbeat, fantastic attitude for turning my day around. Exactly what I needed after a long stressful day. As I began the side step towards the cashier, I'm preparing to get a few dollars out of my wallet to place in the tip jar (keep in mind I NEVER tip at places like these because I'm already paying $15.00 for a meal).THEN, I am met by the rudest, most self-indulgent cashier who proceeded to ask me to wear a mask next time I visit. After politely explaining I'll likely never return she proceeded to throw a tantrum and throw my coke bottle onto my bowl. This caused the top to open spew much of my meal into the bag. Her attitude was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. My visit was February 10th, 2022 approximately 3:30pm. Gave an extra star only because Brando clearly should be in charge of this facility and horrible customer experiences should not be tolerated.
