Every Chipotle I have been to has been either great or good, but this one was AWFUL. Here are a few problems I have had a this location- They run out of stuff early in the day, most often cheese- They close earlier than posted. You can go there at 9.20 and they will be closed even though the hours say that they close at 10.00- Manager is rude, and when I complained to him about them closing early, he told me that they can't stay open late, and that they laugh at bad reviews that they receiveI'm surprised that management doesn't do anything to improve the service here.Please go to any other Chipotle but DON'T VISIT this location

Reviews about bad service are true. Came in today at 9pm, an hour before closing they act like i come in 3 minutes before. Finally got served after waiting for a while, the hispanic girl was super rude and speak with attitude for no reason. Don't work in customer service if you can't talk to other people with basic decency. Stay home if you don't want to be at work. The most horrible service I've ever gotten 10 years living in this city.

A bit disappointed with the quality and quantity of the burrito. Tasted a bit dry and burrito was small. Tasted okay, but I expect more than okay from a Chipotle.

I got there 10 minutes before close, but the staff was still very friendly. They were really generous with the ingredients and even gave me an extra bag of chips that they were likely going to throw away! My burrito was enormous and tasted just as good as usual. 10/10!

Yesterday when I went to pick up my online order there was another girl who was trying to pick up her food and the gentleman working in the front was extremely rude to her, even though her order was ready and all he had to do was grab it from behind him and give it to her. He instead made her wait, he helped out 4 more customers and then tossed the order at her. When she asked him (Very calmly. I wouldn’t able to stay that calm) why are you being so rude? His response was Very disrespectful!! He cursed at her. Me and everyone else was very shocked. She did not say anything and just left.I think management in this location needs to re-train their employees or hire new people who knows how to treat people in a appropriate manner. That is not the right way of treating people.

Placed my order online and I waited for 20 minutes, people who came to place order at the store got their food much faster than me. I still had no food. The first two times I tried to ask questions, they kinda ignored me and said “it will be out in 1 min”. When I asked them 3rd time, they were like “someone else took your food” and then i finally got my food 30 min past the pick up time. They could have checked when I asked them to the first time and it would have helped my food come out at least 10 minutes earlier… now I have only 5 min to eat before my meeting.

terrible experience. customer service is some of the worst i've seen in the industry. they opened late, didn't have any chicken, steak, or veggies available, and were cleaning out trash cans and floor mats. immediately after opening, which means none of it was taken care of the night prior and had just been sitting there all night. how is a customer supposed to be comfortable ordering and eating food when someone is sweeping under the door mat and there is dust flying everywhere not even five minutes after opening?when i ordered, the server was extremely rude to me and kept rolling her eyes as if she was super annoyed with work. problem is, the store had literally just opened and I was the first customer. when I asked for steak she said "we are out of steak right now" and rudely motioned to the empty bin as if I should know. heavens forbid I expect a fast food chain to be prepared for customers when they open their doors. i also watched employees handling and rolling up dirty floor mats and not cleaning their hands before handling utensils, hot sauces, and napkins.absolutely and utterly disgusting. i will never be ordering from or eating here again.

My pickup order got stolen by some rando and the quiet guy behind the counter made sure I got my food. Thank you, and sorry for my confused frustration when I couldn't hear you properly at first and thought I was just out of luck. Your kindness helped a stressed out hungry college student be a little less stressed.

AVOID. More often than not messes up online orders with missing or incorrect ingredients. And quality of the food is hit or miss. I have resisted writing a negative review but there have just been too many mess-ups to stay silent. I have written in to customer service multiple times over the last couple years, and while there was some improvement at one point, recently they have reverted back to their old ways of messing up orders and not preparing quality food. I used to like Chipotle but this location has been very disappointing.
