Great experience on 7/23/22. Greeted by a smile by the young lady working the line. Got a salad but they had no dressing available. Young girl doing mobile orders asked me to wait a few minutes while they make it. I was happy to because the dressing is d-lish. I sat down and grazed on my salad briefly, then i look up and a young man from the kitchen was walking my dressing right to my table. I appreciate that they went over and above to make me happy. My meal was delish. While this may not mean much to some it means a lot to me. Great job everyone.

Guac in the shredded cheese. I asked the girl to get a new container of cheese for my food since she had CROSS CONTAMINATED the cheese cause I’m allergic to avocado and she rolled her eyes, slammed the old container of cheese down like it was inconvenient to take seriously the most IMPORTANT part of food services. NO CROSS CONTAMINATION! You put people at allergies with risk. Take more care when serving and it shouldn’t be a problem.

Had just come back from the airport on a Sunday evening after a 6 hour flight. Had a 50 pound suitcase with me. Ordered ahead for pickup, and when I get there, someone is passed out in the entrance area completely blocking the door. I ask the employee if they can grab my order for me as I’m waiting outside; the employee refuses and literally makes me carry my suitcase over the passed out dude to get my order.Horrible customer service, extremely salty food, poorly prepared, felt very unsanitary. Never going back.

Pretty variable quality. I went and got an amazing carnitas burrito and it was so good I went back the next day. Unfortunately the second day was only so so for essentially the same thing

Worce place ever. I was there in my way out the door i came across with black girl there in she said to me get out the way joe woe i never come to this place again

This restaurant is really clean and it feels fresh. The servers are extremely kind. I highly recommend the pollo asado, its got a great taste!!5/5

The service staff were not very good. The guy at the meat station barely spoke English. He messed up both mine and my dad's order. I get if you don't speak English, but at least know the names of the 5 things at your station. There was then a girl at the next station who obviously was a native English speaker (I heard her talking earlier), and my dad asked for guacamole 4 times only to her bewilderment. My dad then just said the word "avacado" and she finally got it. I then asked for cheese and she put sour cream and the when I asked for some salsa she lathered it on to the burrito. I can only assume she was messing up on purpose at this point, but who knows. Anyway, the chashier was pleasant and the food wasn't bad. So that was nice, I guess.

The Burrito is horrible, the worst I’ve ever had I would recommend not getting the burrito, poorly made, meat and condiments are on opposite sides, and there’s more condiments then what I actually wanted in the burrito, it also fell apart after one bite

This Chipotle is bad bad bad. The vinegarette is pure oil, the rice is clumpy. The veggies are not cooked all the way. It is consistently disgusting. I suggest you go to the one in Davis Square or Kendall Square.

Worst service in any Chipotle I've ever been in. Rude service. Refused to apologize. Insulted my wife when she asked for the burritos to be re-wrapped because they were falling apart. The person wrapping them did not speak English and shr was told she had an attitude for asking for good service. We left obviously. Don't patronize this place. They should be terribly embarrassed.
