I was very frustrated at my last experience in the restaurant. The employees were very rude to my mother and I. We both signed up using our phones for the $5 off. When it came time for my mom to use hers, the cashier actually tried to deny her the coupon. He said the system was telling him no and we kept asking him why, he couldn't answer. It was like he was upset because we BOTH wanted to save. WE are not the same person. WE paid separately, WE have our own phones. He was acting like we were trying to use the same code or something. Then, the a female cook had her mask down below her nose. When I asked her to pull it up while making my food, she shrugged me off, mumbling "no I don't need too" in Spanish. I will never go back to this location at the Woodlands mall in Tulsa Oklahoma.
This place in the main Cambridgeside Galleria Mall provides poor cheese steak sandwiches with a side of bad service. The food is mediocre, and the staff won't let you sit down anywhere to eat this pasty food. I ended up eating the sandwich sitting outdoor in the freezing cold; a lousy experience.
I had a philly cheese steak and the cheese and bacon fries, they are so delicious! And the servers are very nice. Definitely will come visit again soon!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE !!!!! I WAS THERE THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER AND VERY RUDE !! I GAVE THEM SECOND CHANCE AND THEY SCREWED AGAIN. IF YOU SEEL A SANDWICH AND YOU RUN OUT OF ITEMS, THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW !!!! I PLACED MY
