I ordered the Crispy Falafel Pita. I always try to avoid olives and pickles but I was very satisfied with this combination of choice.
First time going to cava and I am hooked! I built a rice saffron rice bowl with spicy chicken and falafels. The hummus was so creamy and the cucumber+tomato salad was so refreshing. The staffs were so friendly and helpful too!
Me and my kids went there one night for dinner. There was a taller male working there. I’m pretty sure his name was Chris. He was very accommodating to me and my kids food allergies. He made sure he took precaution to prepare our meals with extreme caution of cross contamination. Very excellent food service will recommend and return
The food was great but most of the servers at this location does not speak English. I struggled a little when ordering and did multiple hand signs requesting to "add more" scoops ..etc. I was disappointed that they did not know how to work the system and was unable to add my number to earn points. Their food is not cheap, lol.
I love Cava bowls- hearty, healthy, flavorful. I received my order with an error, and the woman who helped fix it was so lovely, kind, and cheerful, it actually turned my whole day around. The fact that she was so pleasant and fixed my order quickly and happily despite it being the busy dinner rush was truly amazing, and I really appreciated her being so nice despite likely being overwhelmed with customers.
Customer service is 0. Food is decent, not gonna lie there but unless you want to wait more than 30 minutes for a bowl with a big possibility they might lose your ticket - I'd recommend somewhere else. Manager, guy with the tattoos - it's not uber drivers who came to pick up your late orders a problem, it's the problem of complete disorganization and you guys were lost in space and time, it's the way whole team was managed and I mean, 7 of you had only one job to pack a bowl and you still failed making crazy traffic and stressing out on others.
Every time I stop in it is always a pleasurable experience. Wonderful staff and exceptional management who have such great attitudes and enthusiasm. The food is always consistently excellent. Keep up the great work
Great place for a healthy lunch
I enjoy Cava every day, but especially when I am on my way to an event! Jeff, Luz,&Cris are just a few of the employees that bring charisma and good customer service to the Cava Experience! Thanks for helping my stay healthy. PS the right rice is my fav!
Usually not one to write middle of the road reviews. It’s usually a 5 or a 1 for me. I am giving CAVA a 3 because although I love the food here, depending what time of day you buy it, will determine how good it comes out. If you go between 11:30-1 for the lunch rush the food is always fresh and good tasting. Sometimes I have to take my lunch late and will go around 2-3 like I did today. A few times I have done this and the rice has been rock solid each time in this time frame. Usually everything else is fresh but would advise against going to this location during that period. A quick change in the ingredients could fix this. Staff here is super friendly, no complaints from that end.
