Jumped in amid mid day hunger, rep is extremely nice helping us out with what to treat our starvation. Really, foods turn out to be nice, authentic and distinctively Korean. I like it and hope you will do.

Amazing soy garlic wings but only downside to this place is they’re really over priced & NO PARKING! I can never just come here alone because there’s literally no parking anywhere so I always have to tag someone along with me to sit outside in the car. It’s not the restaurant’s fault.
Been a loyal customer since freshman year. The chicken is always hot and fresh and the soy garlic sauce is addictive. The staff is also very nice. It was top of the list to visit when I came back. Sad to see the prices increased over the pandemic but it's great they survived that and the Harvard Square purge.
Koreans have perfected how to cook fried chickens. Bonchon epitomizes such Korean culinary tradition - crispy & flavorful skins outside and soft & juicy meat inside. And this place is one of the best Bonchon franchises I have visited across several different cities.
The spicy and soy garlic chicken here is super crunchy and delicious. I was blown away by how fast the service was. Many loyal customers come here to pickup, and Mr. Kim makes it right for them!
Went to Bonchon Cambridge to get some Korean fried chicken for lunch two days ago. Chicken was moist and coating was thin and crispy as I love it albeit the fact that it was greasier than the NYC branches. Still satisfied my craving for Korean fried chicken though. The place is currently under renovation so that they only do take outs but the ladies who served me were really friendly and we discussed soju flavors while I waited for my food. They even gifted me a can of soda. Definitely had great customer service!
Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time.Additional: went back again and the staff was so friendly!!! Really great food and really great people. 10/10 experience!!!
Takeout only but doesn’t take too much time waiting. Wings are great, and bibimbap is worthy trying! I tried tteokbokki this time and it’s a little spicy.
After being told several times that my order wasn't ready yet and that it would be another 20 minutes, I was finally informed that they never put my order through to the kitchen AN HOUR AND HALF later. This also happened to someone else who was waiting for their order, so I would advise that you NOT place your order from their BonChon website. They seemed to prioritize orders placed on Grubhub, UberEats, etc. I know they were overwhelmed, but don't tell me repeatedly that my order wasn't ready yet, without truly checking on it.
