Food was alright, expensive but good sized portions. Extremely hot and loud in the restaurant. Service was mediocre at best. Came for the locationâs proximity to us and had a fun night but if we were to go out for hibachi again Iâd rather drive elsewhere.
We did not want to sit at a Hibachi table, I had made reservations for sushi. We were guests of the hotel and my husband arrived 5 mins before me, when I came down he was seated at a hibachi table and had been told he had to sit there. I politely expressed that we were just there for sushi and would like a table by ourselves since there were plenty available. This did seem to upset the hostess. I would try to have some clarification through open table that people are making reservations for hibachi, and not for sushi. Our waitress also seemed frustrated by us not wanting to be at a hibachi table as well. I understand that this may have been confusing and inconvenient to the wait staff. But I would have gladly made reservations elsewhere had I known we were only allowed to make reservations for hibachi.

The food is always delicious! The chef made my nephewâs birthday a lot of fun!
Rushed service, from the beginning to the end. Adding people to our table while there were other table empty (and that never were filled). Service and quality hugely down. Not the family evening we had hoped for. Won't return.
Birthday party
We had a reservation for 5:30 and didnât get seated until 6. We needed a highchair and all the high chairs were broken. Service was awful. It took 45 minutes until the chef came to cook and he wasnât very nice! We will never go back there. Worst experience and the food isnât as good as it used to be.
The food and the presentation was great. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasnât for the waitress coming by every 5 minutes trying to take our plates or give us takeout boxes while we were still eating. We literally felt pushed out.

The food is good, but the service is really not friendly. And the experience depends too much on who is your cook (you can see the difference across tables).
