This place is probably great when fully staffed but there were a few issues. Margherita pizza was great. Pasta was meh.
Awful server. There was only 1 other table filled when we were there and the server (Anne, if think) was cranky, and rude to everyone at our table. She was more concerned with picking up the paper around the napkins than anything. Never asked if we wanted refills on drinks and the food was cold. Will not return.
Very friendly staff. Great little pizza place. Dinner rolls are wonderful!
Late night and exhausted. Cute place with a very busy staff. Once we ordered, the food and drinks came fast. The pizza was delicious and we were more than satisfied.
Our first time eating here! The food was fantastic. We had a big group of 10 and wanted something authentic. The service wasn’t great at all, but the food was delicious.
Great food
Service was amazing. Pizza was soggy. Pasta was not warm and seemed reheated. I loved this place. I will have to go back another time. It could have just been a bad lunchtime.
I used to eat at Bertucci's often when I was a student at MIT, in the late 80s. I recently visited Cambridge and wanted to walk down the memory lane, so we dined at Bertucci's. The experience was disappointing. The interior looked neglected and dingy. There were many dirty tables, and the floor looked discolored and filthy. I ordered a sausage/pepper calzone; it was barely warm inside, and the dough was undercooked... disaster. I will not be returning. I do miss the old Bertucci's... what a shame.
Yikes. Waitress was nice but very confused and forgetful, making the experience a bit uncomfortable. Had to keep asking for drinks and appetizers three times, because she forgot. She said no cocktails are served here, even though they’re advertised, because they just don’t stock up.. at least their rolls are good as always and the chef was careful with food allergies.
Wish I hadn't chosen Bertucci's that night. The fettuccine alfredo was not good. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the garlic knots were good, but even those weren't that great. They were more like bread balls with rosemary and not much garlic. It's fine, I guess, if this is your only option, but for the price point, I'd try another restaurant.
