Still the same from my graduate school days at MIT. This is honestly the only tasty Mexican food around the area. Even as I try to practice my broken Spanish they are very chill about it and we get a good laugh out of my attempts.Chile relleno is my favorite. Also get some orchata and jamaica drinks they make.
The food was amazing and the portions on point! Unfortunately the place is very tiny inside, only 1 table and 3 chairs for inside dinning. On a hot sunny day outside dinning was really not an option for me. However I would definitely visit again if in the area, loved the food.
I wish I can give more than 5 stars. This place is definitely my favorite. I went there multiple times because as a small place with basic decor, they are the best at good food, great customer service, and price. They have parking meters in front of the business but I suggest taking Lift or Uber just in case.
Food was awful. The chicken was extremely dry and no taste. Like eating shredded grass. The steak seemed days old and also tasted bad. No salsa to go with entrees. Cannot go back for a second time but it seems to be popular among young kids.
One of the best mexican spots in Boston! I'm from CA and am constantly in search of good mexican food to satisfy my craving. Beantown Taqueria hits all the marks - its delicious (I've tried most of their meats and they're all great), the portion sizes are great, and its affordable (relative to Boston). Most importantly, the spicy salsa is actually spicy! Head there ASAP
A lot of my friends loved this place. I never understood that. I would only go here for the pleasant company of my friends, and I'd always order a chorizo chimichanga because that was the only thing here that tastes good. It does open late nights, though, which is a big help to many.
Experience is bar none! Quality food from a quality cultured staff. Glad I get to experience this cuisine being American. Amazing.
The food here is always so delicious! It’s the only place I know in town that offers tinga chicken as a meat for burritos, it’s amazing :) totally recommend everyone to try it. I always get an agua de jamaica as well and it’s always perfect. The service is always so great, I love supporting their business and the food speaks for itself :) best Tex Mex in Boston by far <3
Very small rations. You can get a regular sized burrito bowl from chipotle or qdoba for their price of a small bowl. Food was good at least
