Came in for breakfast early morning. Ate while watching the staff train two brand new employees with a smile, kindness, and patience. This is how they treat people when they think nobody is looking. First class.Breakfast was incredible too!
Delicious egg and bagel sandwiches! Skip the Starbucks and Panera breakfasts- this is the standard, and classic neighborhood sandwich shop with a homemade feel to it all. It’s all cooked right in front of you, so you know it’s fresh! Only wish they had more than coffee for hot beverages, but they make up for it in delicious food, and simple ambience.
This place is a nice little hide away cafe, wicked friendly staff. Make sure to take a good look at some of the awesome comic art work they have inside.
It's OK but nothing special.The salad was a huge disappointment and the pork look in the Cubano was dried out.
The chicken melt sandwich was an absolute hit. I don't eat meat, so my options are limited. However, their sandwiches are always soo fresh, flavorful and well seasoned. The staff is very friendly.

We tasted vegetarian and cuban sandwiches, both were decent. Good price and fast delivery. NOTE: during lunch hours, they require online delivery, if you come without ordering online, you can do it on the spot too (2021 12 02)
2nd street cafe is a neighborhood staple. Go to spot for breakfast and lunch in the east Cambridge area. Super nice staff, fair prices and great portions / $.
This place is a great spot for a grab and go breakfast! I got the breakfast sandwich with bacon on sourdough. Never misses
