The manager in the store is almost crazy and insane.She threw the burger in front of me when i was complaining for wrong order. Fries are cold and dry.Burgers are cold and dry. The soda machine is out of most drinks and flat in taste.The manager is doing terrible and screaming and yelling to workers.She must be fired and out of her position.
I hadn't had Wendy's in a long time and found one on Burlington. It was a gem. I always liked Wendy's burger and Dave's Double did not disappoint. Upgraded to large strawberry lemonade and baconator fries! Divine. But why 5 stars? SERVICE AND ATTITUDE! The gentleman greeted me and even took time to explain the menu to me. Something little like that is gold. Check out the seating and the cleanliness of this place!
They messed up our order the first time through and just straight up didnt give a whole sandwich and fry. And the guy on the drive through mic was very condescending. We asked about the sauces and he gave a snarky reply about "I don't need to know what you want, just ask at the window." It was said very rudely. I've worked in the food industry before and I get that it's not required at that step, but the delivery of the message could have been much better. Line took forever, and on the second run through the line went EVEN SLOWER, took 10min for one car to get their food. I would have left if there was room to maneuver out. The cherry on top was when I did ask for the sauce at ths window, I didnt even get the sauce I asked for. Sad thing is, I love the chicken sandwich! I guess I'll just be avoiding this Wendy's like the plague and trying another one. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT THE RIGHT ORDER, OR YOUR FOOD QUICKLY!
This Wendys put all the other Wendy's I've been too to shame. The drive thru staff were proficient, fast, and friendly and seemed to enjoy their job and the food was on point. Nice and fresh. Thanks!
Says everywhere that they close at 11:00pm… however when we go to the drive-thru at 9:35pm the people working there never picked up any headsets and said they were closed. I’d like a refund and to speak to a manager, thanks.
I am honestly not one to leave bad reviews. This service was HORRIBLE! I went through the drive thru with my family of 5. They missed ketchup on my order for the kiddos (no big deal), gave me 1/2 a piece of lettuce on my burger (still no big deal), and they got my husband’s order wrong. I got BACK in line to have them fix my order. The guy asked a young lady (looked like a teenager) to make a new burger. She said NO and said how she made the burger right. She was standing there yelling about it and then walked away. I knocked on the window to get their attention because no one was getting the order fixed. An older guy (probably the manager) ended up fixing and remaking the order. This was the worst service I have ever received. I will NEVER go back to this location. I really hope the owner sees these reviews and does something about it.
Do not goto this location! I purchaed a small fries today, they were burnt from the old oil. When i complained to the female black manager she told me to go somewhere else, i told her she has a bad attitude. I will be contacting the store owner about this. Do not patronize this wendys, terrible food and service!
Wow I work for Uber eats and I never had such a nasty experience with a worker. The girl there working at 8:50pm 12/11/2021. Made me want to deny any order I get going there. Absolutely unprofessional and rude for no reason!!! I’ll be calling the manager.
Good food, but this Wendy's keeps missing items in my drive-through orders recently. I would highly recommend everyone checking your take-out bag before you drive away.
Missing items from your order have been sooo common in this place recently. Happened EVERY SI NGLE time with online order and drive-thru pickup for recent couple of weeks.
