Great iced latte. They were out of mini muffins but offered a refund on the muffins or a substitution and I chose the carrot cake. The carrot cake is what I wanted originally but wasn’t available for ordering on the app. I am very much satisfied with the carrot cake- it was delicious! The sweet heat sandwich is very good as well. If you like NY style bacon egg and cheese sandwiches this sweet heat is a good approximation. The iced latte is fantastic. I was very happy to see they serve cafe drinks in ceramic mugs for patrons who are sitting with their drinks. The outdoor patio is nice as well. I wish there was a bike rack in the area. I will ask them in the notes on my order if they can possibly prepare my iced espresso drinks in ceramic or glass cups for my to-go coffee because I bring my own travel mug. I will happily return soon, possibly even try working remotely there if the staff is ok with it.
Delicious coffee. Very convenient to order using their apps for pickup so you don't have to wait in line.
I have been coming to True North for years but will not be going back. I ordered an egg and cheese and after leaving found Bacon in the middle of the sandwich. I do not eat bacon for religious reasons and was very upset to be put in that position. I decided to call True North and a lady picked up and questioned me with "Are you sure it wasn't black pepper" and "Are you sure you didn't order a Bacon Egg and Cheese" like I know what black pepper taste like and it does not taste like meat and why in the world would i order a bacon egg and cheese if i don't eat bacon/pork???? As a long time customer, some trust would be nice, but instead I got attitude. An apology would have been nice.
This place is adorable. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The coffee and muffins are great. Family trips here are one of the small joys in life.
Good service and decent coffee. Muffins could have been better. They were out of Morning Glory....which I think is their best.
The place serves large portions and for fair prices. very kind staff members. Highly recommended.

Best Coffee and Baked Goods in the Commonwealth Bar None. Been coming here for almost 10 years. The place is run like a Swiss watch. The regular house blend cold brewed iced coffee tastes amazing even black. Chocolate chip muffins to die for. No other coffee shop even comes close.
It's a great little cute coffee shop with good food options.Location is also good. Plenty of parking space (big parking lot)
