I’m a very big fan of this bakery. i found many delicious bakery items which were only available in the Europe bakeries. Try Mocha cake, it is amazing. Most of the items are not very sugary and that makes it very special. They also have many types of cookies, rolls etc. I would say try one by one. ?

1st time in Jours and it was a beautiful place. I ordered a birthday cake? and picked it up. The service was awesome?
Good cake, bad service. I asked one young female service person, if they have any more specific type of cake, her response attitude was rude. Then I told them I will get #3 cake, when I got home they packed #1 cake instead. Staffs definitely need better service training.
This bakery used to be wonderful but that’s no longer the case. Their staff on weekdays are for the most part courteous and helpful but on the weekends, they get many young kids who are rude and angry. They also have NO bake goods available when they open in the morning, which is odd. You have to get there in afternoon (around 1 or 2 pm) if you want something for breakfast. Their coffee used to be great and they made good cappuccino but due to inflation, they seem to be using very poor quality coffee and their cappuccino is not creamy and smooth. They pour about 1 inch bitter coffee in a cup and fill the rest with foam that resembles soap foam instead of nice creamy foam. They also used to make variety of nice tasty croissants and they have discontinued it. It is a very expensive bakery for what they offer.
Best bakery in town. Love the light airy cakes and frosting. Everything you get here is delicious.
Wonderful place to grab some pastry. Great service and the selection of unique cakes that will suit any occasion. Decadent and tasty.
Super disappointed. I thought I was going to get a delicate moist cake with loads of fresh peaches since I paid 48 dollars for a peaches cream cake. It was very dry, the whipped frosting lacked flavor and freshness and the peaches were so minimal you couldn't find them nor did they flavor the cake with the permatating peach throughout. For the price, NOT worth it. I don't mind paying for quality products, this was not. The only cool thing about ordering a specialty cake, is they give you a cool cake slicer that has matches in the handle, birthday candles and a chocolate happy bday decoration.
Worst place to visit. We love Tous Les Jours because of their bakery items and also the service. We went there today and OMG.. awful experience. All those servers and workers are so rude. Didn't even look at the customers. Me and other 2 customers were complaining about the same.still their reaction were nothing.I didn't buy anything from this place and went to Malden branch. Exactly opposite experience with lovely and helpful people.This branch in Burlington should be closed or change the staff right away.HORRIBLE people all of you at Burlington location.
Best Korean sponge cake. Fresh, not super sweet, simple and delicious. We live 20 mins away and drive to get there cakes every Birthday we celebrate.
