First time at this place and their huge menu something for all kinds of tastes. Variety of appetizers, salads, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, pasta, seafood, Mexican, Asian, and Jamaican and many more. And the endless varieties of cheesecakes. Tried their shrimp dynamite, calamari, avacado roll, chips and spinach dip for appetizer. All these appetizers were great. On to the main course, I tried the Jamaican Shrimp in Black pepper sauce with rice and black beans with a small portion of pineapple salad was bursting with flavors and spices. Finally, had their original cheesecake slice and it’s fresh and delicious with a thin line of sour cream on top with a side of whipped cream. Great multi cuisine experience in a single place.On our second visit, we tried Korean fried cauliflower, French fries, Korean fried chicken, and cauliflower tacos. We enjoyed our appetizers and entrees. I wish they add varieties of fries Other than the regular fries. Also, the Korean sauce was bit sweeter than to my liking but the spice is there. Best thing is the brown bread and butter always.
Met friends for dinner the other night, convenient location and food has always been good although I hadn't been recently. I ordered the Grilled Steak Taco which were described as : "Soft Corn Tortillas, Chargrilled Steak, Avocado, Tomato, Chipotle Sauce, Crispy Onions and Cilantro. Served with Rice and Beans." I got 4 tiny tacos with very little steak topped with tomato and ?pickled onions, not sure what it was. There was no avocado, crispy onions or chipotle sauce. Served with clumpy white rice and small dish of beans. Our server's mood varied between pleasant and rude/abrupt. Very disappointed, was always a reliable option.
I am disappointed this time with their chicken salad sandwich, it came with soft plastic inside the bread ? once I bit the sandwich plastic came in my mouth, I got filled my stomach in one or two bite. Looks like they are not taking care of public health properly. I would like to advice their management to please take care of their customers health.
Always delish and can never go wrong with Pasta at Cheesecake Factory or the cheesecake itself. Quality and taste of food has never disappoint. Do expect long wait time as since this place has been opened no matter time of day everyday it is busy as heck. When it gets so busy you’ll notice and realize the service and attentiveness to their customers lack.

The staff was wonderful but you can't make reservations for a large party. we waited 3 hours, it was ridiculous.
My family and I visited the Cheesecake Factory recently. Our servers Anthony and Alana were amazing! We were celebrating my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening! They brought my cheesecake out with a candle, and they sang happy birthday. They also took the time to write happy birthday on the plate. Everyone in my party enjoyed the food, and the service was amazing!
we were in the area and nothing else was open late. We had always wanted to go to CF. This particular place is attached to the mall so there was easy parking. The people and our waitress were nice. We did find the prices very steep, but the menu had tons to chose from. The portions were not that great. I had an egg omlet and it came with nothing for about 13 bucks!! I was disappointed with the desert menu for several reasons. Primarily, besides a strawberry dish, the main desserts were cheesecake. They should have more affordable options that are not of that nature. Also, they should have more gluten free deserts instead of ice cream or strawberries. They did have a limited amount of cakes, but were 9 bucks and change. That is highway robbery and I'm no fool to spend 9 bucks on a slice of anything! Lastly, we received a dirty spoon. IT was so obvious, that I don't know how they missed it. The pasta we got was supposed to have had 5 cheeses on it. It came with absolutely nothing. WE had that corrected. IT seems like the waitresses/waiters dont want to write anything down. That is not impressive. What would be impressive, would be to write things down to show you don't want to miss an thing and get it right the first time! We asked for several things and they had to keep going to get it.
We had an excellent experience at the Burlington Mass Cheesecake Factory today. The restraunt is beautiful, and clean. Jasmine was a fantastic server. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming! They were very accommodating with our party of eight. Fast and efficient service, especially during a busy vaca school week. Nobody had any complaints, all of our meals were tasty, excellent and fresh! Cheesecake speaks for itself, decadent Silkie and amazing! My son had the mac and cheese cheeseburger he loved it, I had to skinnylicious fried chicken sandwich with a side of green beans which was fresh and delicious, the skinnyliscious steak Medallion meal my friends had looked delicious and they loved it! We'd definitely go back and we are from nh, 1 hr and 45 mins away. Pictured chicken parmesan, pizza style
