Great dinner and service, but the loud yehaw BS country music was out of place and super annoying to have playing in an Italian restaurant. Please change the music playing in the dining room to something that people actually might want to hear in Burlington.

Chateau in Waltham is good. Burlington is absolutely horrible. I have complained to the management about the food. It is nothing like the one in Waltham. The cooks have continuously ruined the red sauce, burned seafood, served cold potatoes and no one has done anything about this. Since Burlington opened, it has never been good. It's ashame the management just doesn't care!
Fried clams and scallops were much too expensive. We didn't know that there was an extra charge for the clams and scallops until we received the menu. This was no published on their website.
Havenât been since 2/20. Before that came all the time. Nothing has changed. Lots to choose from on the menu. Food delicious. Service fast and friendly. Wish the outdoor space was scenic but so grateful they have one. Canât wait to come back.
Always try set us at table near main kitchen door, worst table in restaurant. Forced listen to all noise in the kitchen. Like eating dinner in parking lot
There was a mouse running and hiding around the floor in the main seating area. Frozen and canned vegetables heated up. I have never been to an Olive Garden but, I assume it would be similar to this place but maybe not as pricey? Also, when I called to double check on our reservation, the hostess who answered the phone was far from cordial and pleasant. Horrible place.
Great experience! Had a function for 30 people. Communication was clear, food was fresh, service was AMAZING. Huge thank you to everyone that helped make my parents' anniversary so awesome!Chicken parm, toasted ravioli ??
