Great food and romantic atmosphere!!
Food quality was first rate ! Service was very attentive and humorous. Polite and accommodating. A bit pricey, but hey, it is what it is ! Now go treat yourself !!

We came here for a little snack and a few cocktails. My boyfriend wanted the cheese plate and I wanted the prosciutto w fig jam and arugala soooo we asked them if they could just combine them on a board. This board came out and people kept asking us what it was on the menu! ( please see photo) We polished it off! Delicious!!!! I love the Bancroft
Took a short trip to Massachusetts and stopped in for some good eats? the food was amazing as well as our service. The lobster roll was to die for and my husband got the steak which I know he enjoyed he barely talked me while eating ??.
Went out for a friends birthday. We haven't been out together in a while, so we wanted to spoil ourselves. Our waitress (Elena) was great at making sure the drinks kept coming. Great mix of different cocktails and wine list that's uniquely organized in different categories. Bancroft has a great selection of different cuts of steaks. Steak tartare appetizer is the best around. The special of the day was lobster risotto with big chunks of lobster. Skirt steak was perfectly cooked. Side of mushrooms went well with everyone's dish. Been there numerous times, but finally writing a review. Will be back!
Party of 5 ladies for lunch yesterday, from start to finish it was fantastic! The service was perfect, the food and cocktails wonderful! The chef sent our bride to be some lovely chocolate truffles! Absolutely outstanding, highly recommend.
Phenomenal restaurant with a great atmosphere! I recommend getting the Hub Punch, its basically two drinks for the price of one ($16). The food is delicious; a favorite of mine is the steak tartare! The service is always friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Enjoyed our bday celebration dinner. Service was good and attentive. The raw oysters were quite fresh. Everyone liked the bread. The star of the show, the tomahawk steak was impressive. I’m deducting a star as how can a medium rare steak contain well done pieces?
