Consistently fresh seafood, great oyster selection. Attentive service. Nice place! It can be a bit loud, however, as it is a big open space.

Wonderfully accommodating, my date and I shared local Island Creek oysters and the smoked and cured platter both were excellent. We're both not large eaters, and drove so we couldn't drink too much. Even so, the staff didn't push or make us feel uncomfortable. Be aware the cured and smoked board is a lot of food, more than for 2 really, unless you plan to have it as a main or a shared main. When we asked to be moved to a corner booth, they were more than accommodating and the staff we attentive and friendly. I will be returning again. It is by and far my most favorite seafood place in Boston.

Online menu is best looked at before leaving home. Minimalist menu doesn't describe anything. Avant garde or annoying? Food is spectacular, place is clean, people are nice. Fine with friends or 1 million dollar client.

Nice vibe, good food and drink. The service was very good.

Best oysters we’ve ever had!! Not a huge menu, but all great options. Service was fantastic; our server knows oysters! Had cod first night & returned 2 nights later for lobster rolls. Fun casual vibe🌊🦐❣️

The restaurant has a nice vibe but the menu is limited and overpriced. Having an additional “handling” fee on top of the menu charges was way overpriced. We won’t be back.

Clam chowder was superb- hearty but subtle; not too heavy or thick and plenty of clam. Heirloom tomato salad was very good and not over dressed. Trout over quinoa salad was incredibly tasty with the olive tapenade and vegetables in the salad underneath.

Can’t go wrong with the raw oysters. Shrimp ceviche was surprisingly bland and mussels a little dry and boring. Drink menu used to be more extensive and interesting.

I was most impressed with Row 34's selection of oysters. About a dozen varieties, and the two that we sampled were both outstandingly fresh and sea-worthy. We also got an order of oysters fried, which were equally delicious. Equally impressive was the selection of beers on tap, from smaller craft brewers instead of the familiar names one now finds at many bars and restaurants. The entrees were slightly less impressive, and somewhat pricey for what you got.

We went for a late lunch meeting family that flew into Boston. We were talking and catching up on family stuff, but our waiter was very patient and did not rush us. Thank you for your patience! The ambience is comfortable, and the food options are amazing. The oysters are awesome. Also ask about the Smoked and Cured Options!
