Extremely long wait for mobile orders. Multiple times mine just never showed up but they charged me anyway.

I came here because it used to basically be a higher quality Subway. But.. they recently changed the menu, and now it's just a more expensive Subway without the quality, and even less value.. despite the new "MORE VALUE" slogan they are running with. Wanna pay over 16 bucks for a 10 inch cold cut combo? Well you can do that here! It's sad because it's just another symptom of an economy where costs are skyrocketing while quality takes a nose dive to meet those costs. The consumer is the one who loses in that situation. I've been coming here for years, but unfortunately I won't be returning.
